Having ordered a take away for 40 people made the trip to pay in full, gone over the order 3 times with the manager, and the owner they still got it wrong!! We went to collect it, having to wait another 15 minutes for them to get the order together (On top of the 2 hours already waited) we got back to find over 10 dishes missing (To the value of £40) on calling the restaurant they laughed on the phone and refused to do anything about it, the ordered was nearly £300 in total and had discussed with them doing the same next year, we wont be touching them again, food was of poor quality and I do not believe that they have any customer service skills in the place. Disappointing and let down are the words, We had 6 people left without any food at all!!
