This is my favorite value in Skegness. It is not fancy, although not many places here are, but it is good value for the money. I had a seaside single, overlooking the oceanside park and the sea. Bathroom was tiny but spotless. They've recently redone many of the rooms. Breakfast was all-you-can-eat English traditional. Used the lounge a lot and the free WIFI. I would definitely stay again. £30 a night w/breakfast is very reasonable.

Very pleased with hotel and staff, have read the other reviews on here and the one that says about room 101 don't think she has the right hotel as they don't have a room 101 there rooms are just 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on
Would be very happy to go back and stay again

We stayed here for 3 nights and could not find fault with anything. Great value, fantastic position, the landlord and landlady are very nice and can`t do enough to make your stay a good one. oh and a really nice breakfast with lots of choice yum. The rooms are large and clean, clean towels daily. We stayed in room 8 with a sea veiw.

This hotel was adequate with very good staff. If you go make sure you do not get booked into room 101 - friends did and it is way below standard. Very small it has been crammed into an area under the stairs. If you do go to this hotel make sure you check your room first before accepting it. Another fact that is extremely annoying is that there is a dog on the premises that barks continually.

Located on North Parade overlooking the Arnold Palmer Putting Course and seafront with a distant view of the wind-farm on the horizon.. Town centre is approximately half a mile away, with all the usual high street “names”, 150 yards to the pier (and bowling), and 220 yards to the seal sanctuary (well worth a visit).

There is limited parking at the rear of the hotel, access via roadway running parallel to North Parade, but once there a warm welcome awaits.

We stayed in a room (no.20) on the third floor, (stair-lift is available for the less able to the first floor). The room was thoroughly clean with a pleasant décor. Patio door to a balcony, providing an excellent view of the seafront, comfortable folding chairs are provided, ceiling fan to cool the east facing room. En-suite shower & w.c. includes a heated towel rail, soap, shampoo and shower gel, again attention has been paid to detail to produce an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows if needed. Radio alarm clock, t.v., kettle, mugs, tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the room.

Breakfast is well presented buffet style. Full English breakfast with a choice of cereal, real fruit salad, thick cut bacon, and honey for your toast! Again no skimping here, as much as you can eat. Roger, Shirley and the staff make you feel more than welcome.

Embassy theatre is approximately 360 yards away with a varied entertainments list to suit most tastes.

A good hotel with an ideal location for what Skegness has to offer. You’ll find it’s just what you wanted, clean, friendly, good food, bar prices less than some of the local pubs.

So now you’ve found this review…..book it! You won’t be disappointed.
