This was our first stay at the serena court hotel,we found phil and Christine very good welcoming hosts. Our room was very clean and tidy and breakfast was cooked to a high standard nothing was to much trouble for our hosts. Phil made sure that we had a secure parking space at the front of the hotel with cctv in operation at all times. All in all a very enjoyable stay.Would recommend to friends and family.

We have just returned from one night at the Serena Court Hotel in Skegness. On arrival we were made to feel extremely welcome, the rooms are an excellent high standard and breakfast was amazing. I have never stopped in such a lovely well kept hotel great nights sleep and we will be sure to stop again bringing the rest of the family with us!

Room Tip: The side room, room 7 is at the side of the hotel but a lovely cool breeze makes the perfect nights...

I've just come back from staying 2 nights at the Serena Court with my boyfriend. It was my first choice and was lucky enough to get that last room.
We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. I unfortunately didn't get the names of the couple who ran it, but they were lovely. Extremely chatty, friendly and were always around on hand.
We had a lovely room on the ground floor. It was a little on the small side, but that wasn't an issue for us. It was very clean, which is always a must for me. We had a shared toilet and shower room which were both very clean.
Our orders were taken for breakfast the evening before. The breakfast was delicious and came with toast and a choice of tea, coffee or juice. The lady who ran the breakfast service was brilliant. Very efficient and always checking everything was ok.
We will definitely stay here again when coming to Skegness. The location was brilliant, 2 minutes away from the beach and all of the main attractions. Brilliant stay!!!

This is our fourth stay year on year and wouldn't look anywhere else in Skegness after staying here. Christine and Phill work tirelessly to maintain high standards.

Hotel Owners Christine and Phill made us feel at home the moment we got there, taking our bags and settling us in our rooms. Throughout the week they couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating our needs, always genuine, friendly and helpful. As someone with limited mobility who has to think about simple things like access, steps and taking more time to get places I needn't have worried. Assistance was always offered with little things like getting in/out of doors with wheelchairs, seating in dining area and generally just anticipating and caring about what may be needed.

Food was excellent and couldn't do enough to make sure we had all we needed. Rooms are clean and made up beautifully. All public areas of the hotel are meticulously looked after, from the many plants in the front to the dining and lounge areas. Location is central, a few metres from the front close to the clock tower.

Thanks again.

We stayed for a fortnight and for our first time at Serena court as a family trip. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and is perfect for anyone. Breakfast was great! Rooms was very clean and had everything you would expect, with the bed being very comfortable as I slept well. The best aspect from this hotel is the owners phill and chris who where very welcoming from day one and could not have helped and done enough for us. Overall we was very sad to leave and this shows the signs of an excellent flawless hotel.

Alex Polizzi the hotel inspector ( tv ) would be hard pressed to find anything wrong with Christine and Phillip's hotel.
What can I say that I have not said before ( see my other reviews for the Serena Court ). A pleasant tidy frontage as first impressions mean a lot, you are welcomed by Christine with a chat and tea and biscuits, assistance from Phillip with your luggage, your breakfast time and requirements were noted to your needs, spotlessly clean rooms with tasteful decor ,oceans of hot water, clean towels ,lovely comfy bed, very nice and quiet, tea and coffee making items replenished daily, superb breakfast, cereals followed by a " full monty "egg ,bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans, plus toast and tea galore, We have been there several times and as long as Christine and Phillip are in charge we will be staying there when we go bowling ( I can reccomend this hotel for bowlers as the South Greens are just across the road and Christine will give you an early breakfast if have an early match ) it is also very close to the centre of Skegness ideal for anyone with dissabilities in getting around,We cannot find anything to critisize this hotel which is very rare these days and we found it very good value for money. We have already booked for the bowls tournament for June 2014. The owners work tirelessly on your behalf to make your stay a pleasure , long may they continue.
