“Lovely friendly hotel”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

Not like the usual skegness hotels you get! We recently stayed for 1 night here we were greeted very quickly on arrival and were shown round the b&b and then to the room. The room was lovely & clean and very modern perfect. I was excited when we arrived as they even had straighteners, hair dryer, face cleanser, face creams for us to use. Its asif they had thought of everything. The lounge area alwas really nice & comfortable with a flat screen tv with sky plus included :). The bar was nice too you could help yourself & then write down what you had had with your room number& pay before you leave. The breakfast was nice huge range of cereals/bars, muffins, yoghurts etc shortly followed by a lovely cooked breakfast & pot of tea. Staff were extremely friendly. Overall i was very impressed with the hotel from the outside i was slightly worried but when we entered i was very shocked. I would deffinetly return. One of the nicest ive ever been to. You need to try it value for money is fantastic!

My wife and I have just returned today from Skegness. We only stayed the one night but wished now we had booked for longer. On arrival we were greeted by Claire and Gary, and after we had been shown around and given lots of information we were shown to our room. We booked room 8, which was a luxury room with four poster bed, lots of added touches such as DVD player, hair dryer and straighteners, and also a mini fridge. Once Gary explained everything he then offered us a pot of tea or coffee which was brought to our room 5 minutes later, which was a lovely touch. The fridge was stocked with various items, and operated on the same principle as the bar downstairs where you helped yourself and just wrote the items down which were added to your bill. We didn't use this facility as there are plenty of bars local, but the prices were extremely reasonable. They ask you to fill in a breakfast sheet by 9pm the night before which is useful as it is then all waiting for you when you come down at your requested time. Breakfast was very nice, lots of items available and lots of tea or coffee if needed for refills. Parking is easy out on the road, although the room we booked actually came with it's own personal parking space!!
All in all a great place to stay, and when we go back to Skegness we will definitely stay here, that's if it's not already fully booked!!

This lovely B&B is just off the front in skegness, Gary and Clare made us feel very welcome from the start,The breakfasts were lovely and fresh every morning and filling too, The bedroom was nice too with lots of extra's like free shampoo, shower gels,Lots of tea and coffee, freeview tv and a dvd player in the room too,A first for me was the honesty bar,You helped yourself to drinks and wrote down on a pad what you've had and this was added to your bill at the end of your stay,Nothing was too much trouble for Gary and Clare and we will stay there again when we go to Skegness next year.

Room Tip: Our room over looked the main road and we never heard any noise at all so i would say every room is...

Spent 2 nights at this b&b and had a great time.
Gary and Clare make you feel very welcome. We stayed in the luxury room with four poster bed and sea view which was very nice. They provide plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Also there are hairdryers and straigteners, freeview tv and a dvd player with a selection of dvds for you to choose from.
You fill out a menu the night before requesting what you would like for breakfast, the first day i had the full english which was very good, and the next scrambled eggs with smoked salmon which was delicious and plentifull. There is also a choice of cereals and the usual yogurts and juice.
Overall a lovely place which i would have no problem recommending.

We have just returned from an overnight stay at this Bed &Breakfast, what a truly lovely place,On are arrival we were shown round ,and taken to our room, we were offered tea and coffee, which was a first for us what a lovely touch to make guests feel welcome,
Our room was front facing and beautifully decorated i loved the colours, The room had all the little luxury items u would want during your stay, hair dryer ,straightners, beautiful toiletries, dressing gowns, There is a mini bar in the room which is a nice touch. The tea and coffee was plentiful. The TV was flat screen freeview and had a dvd player, room

The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless a real home from home feel.
The breakfast was lovely we were given a pre order form the night before asking what time we would like it also the choice of breakfasts we wanted, When arriving in the dining room the choice of yogurts, cereal bars, fruit, cakes, juices on the breakfast bar was a surprizing additions to the breakfast.

The hosts are lovely very friendly and are only to happy to tend to your needs, we will be returning again soon.

The attention to detail was quite exceptional notices for guests to be quiet out of respect of other guests which we had never seen before which was lovely,

Room Tip: We stayed in a front facing room which was lovely
