We stayed for two nights at this super b&b. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and Karen. Our room, the Tudor room, was very spacious with lots of extras. The free wifi was much appreciated especially as when we moved on to a four star hotel no free wifi available!! Very peaceful. Thank you both Chris and Karen.

We were extremely impressed with the friendly welcome and total professionalism of Karen & Chris Ward when we had the good fortune to stay at Yallands Farmhouse this week. The Farmhouse itself is charming, and full of history. the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is 'to die for'. They have to serve some of the best saussages I have ever tasted.

The fact that most of their guests are repeat visitors has to speak for itself. And you have to book dinner at Yallands if you have time - Karen is a superb cook.

Room Tip: The rooms are all individual, ranging from single through double and family size. Make sure you explain your requirements, and you won't be disappointed!

Until you stay at Yallands it's hard to describe exactly what it is that makes it so special.

Chris and Karen are the perfect hosts and immediately make you feel welcome in their beautiful, spotlessly clean, full of character farmhouse.

Their enthusiasm for their business and attention to detail sets the standard which other B&Bs and Guest Houses should follow.

I stayed in the Wisteria room for 5 nights. This is a single room which is generously proportioned, bed comfortable, good shower, and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Freeview on the television and free WIFI were an added bonus.

The breakfast is plentiful and caters for all tastes. Evening meals are also available which as a single traveller I particularly appreciated. Good tasty food and a wide enough menu choice together with a special for the night.

I definitely recommend Yallands for both the business and leisure traveller.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were made very welcome in this beautiful farmhouse on the outskirts of Taunton. Despite being in the middle of a housing development, it was truly an oasis of peace and quiet. Our bedroom overlooked the garden; was spacious and extremely well equipped; spotlessly clean and with a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts in the farmhouse dining room set us up for the day - plenty of choice, well cooked and presented. Evening meals also available by arrangement. Our hosts, Chris and Karen, were courteous and helpful, without being intrusive (we were in Taunton for a family funeral). We would have no hesitation in staying here again - and would definitely recommend this B&B to our friends.

We stayed for three nights at the farmhouse and we can say that the experience was wonderful, warm and welcoming. Chris and Karen ensured that we had everything that we needed. The B&B is full of character and the room was very comfortable, a quiet location too. Breakfast was well cooked with plenty to eat and choose from, we will certainly return and would recommend this lovely farmhouse to our family.

Room Tip: We stayed in the orchard room and it was very quiet.
