Just had a horrible experience at real china in poole. If this is what china really is like I am never going there! Food only just warm, prawn crackers stale, soup tasted funny, fried rice not even fried! not a flavour anywhere. Did not want pudding as basically tub ice cream or Bakewell tarts out of packet with strange sauce on top. They actually had unwrapped club biscuits on offer! I assume there is no one remotely Asian in the kitchen cooking this rubbish. So If you like poor food on hard chairs with no atmosphere then this is the place for you - but hurry this offer may not be around for long - hopefully!

I dont normally complain but i had to complain about this! Food was really poor quality and tasteless, looked like it was just heated up and tasted very bland and boring! Desserts were awful, they clearly had store bought cut up cheap cakes with some sauce thrown on it to obviously try and hide the fact that it's crap bought from the pound shop and had cut up chocolate club biscuits which was quite funny! Atmosphere was terrible, staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered! Won't be going back..

This place is terrible!!

But if you like a holiday camp atmasphere then this is for you I guess!!

The food looked and tasted disgusting in my opinion and thats what counts!!

The place is cold dull and lifeless!!

When asked at end of meal if everything was ok I replied "NO"

The only high of the evening was the waitress who brought our drinks. She was polite and very cheerfull :-)

wont be going back ever even if the food is free!!

:-(

Rice cooker broke so no rice! Waited 40 mins to bring new curry out only for them to tip it in to the old leftover tray! Chips hard. Many dishes empty. Putting good on old causing some bits to b crusty. Items for duck pancakes available but no pancakes to put them in.
When we spoke to the manager he said he didn't see a problem. What Chinese doesn't serve rice! Manager said the chefs didn't know how to cook rice without the rice cooker. What no saucepans or water there?!?
Gateaux was still frozen.
Dessert selection cheap supermarket choices.
Emailed to make complaint and had no reply.
Very bad service and food. 6 of us went and never again will we go as the management didn't even care.

Plentiful food selection, nice and hot. When my wife and I visited, there was shredded duck and pancakes (no spring onions though, just cucumber) and the layout is very clean. Salt and pepper potatoes excellent, and roast pork device! If you expect a Chinese takeaway then go get that instead, If you fancy a banquet for a cheap price then come to the Real China!
