Stayed on business as needed to be in Bournemouth area. Hotel is opposite Siemens and has a very large car park and is on 3 floors. Check in was swift and efficient as usual. Rooms as they always are. Breakfast was good in the morning.

This is the first time we have used this particular Premier Inn, we have used other local ones many times, but on this occasion they were fully booked hence our stay here. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is quiet but only a short drive to the town centre.

We had just the slight problem of a very noisy snorer next door. Hotel staff did not hesitate in offering us another room.

We will not hesitate in booking this Hotel again and next time it will not be as a second choice.

Stayed here as a family for one night in September. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well appointed room. Excellent value. Would definitely return. Separate beds for the children was a great change from travelodge and holiday inn express.

Stayed at the hotel when visiting family but was really disappointed that the barman would not serve me a drink at 11.15pm given the fact that I was a resident and there were others in the bar still. Spoke to my sister who is a regional manager for Whitbread group and she was very suprised at this.
Over all the staff were all friendly and helpful but I think in future I will stay at a hotel where if I fancy a glass of wine after 11pm, I will be served!!
Such a shame as put me off the whole stay

We stayed just for one night before heading off to the ferry the next morning.
Very warm welcome when we checked in and a lovely clean room. Huge bed and lots of lovely hot water when we showered.
As with other reviews it can be a little bit noisy but this does quieten down.
You can't go wrong with this PI.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, quiet location, good food.
Service could be a little slow if the restaurant was busy but no big deal for us.
I would stay again if I was visiting the area again.

I am now just typing this to waste letters because my review has to be at least 200 characters long before it will submit. How stupid is that!!!

Hard to fault the hotel. Situated in the heart of the industrial area, just north of Poole, this hotel has to be self contained as it is quite a way from other pubs or restaurants. It is overtly aimed at the business traveller and handy for them, but not the social traveller. They allow 30mins of free WiFi per day, after which you pay. The staff are amazing, genuinely friendly and very well trained. Even those staff that had a badge showing 'In training' were excellent.

It has its own restaurant and bar area, both of which are light and airy. The food is consistently of a very good standard, reasonable quantities nicely laid out and delivered in good time. (Nothing pretentious here) The wines are good and won't blow a hole in your wallet.
The breakfasts were pretty good as well. There was always the possibility of the curled and dried up bacon, liquid scrambled eggs and dry sausages, but they never materialised. Oh, but those conveyor belt toasters. AAAAARGH!

The rooms are the same everywhere and are clean and comfortable. They can get quite hot, so fans are provided as there is no air con. Our room was 24.5deg C and was rather noisy with traffic being the main culprit, when the windows were opened (restricted opening) We still managed to get a good nights sleep though. (Not sure about this guarantee about a good nights sleep, or your money back. Read the small print)

Only downsides worthy of note.1) Shockingly bad fire instructions on the back of the bedroom doors. One could hardly see them and the content was too vague in part. No directions on a floor plan, to fire exits.
2) No high level grab handle over the bath to help you enter/exit if you wanted to use the shower. There were grab handles incorporated in the bath sides, but these were far to low to be of any use in the shower. BAD OMISSION. (and dangerous)

Room Tip: Most rooms will suffer from traffic noise with the windows open. They get very warm for some reason...
