A pleasure to be back - never had a problem here. Would recommend to anyone. Staff great, restaurant good. Ideal position, walking distance of Poole Quay. Normally have rooms facing Holes Bay and never had any problem with road noise.

Complimentary bottle of chilled water on arrival was greatly appreciated.

Will be back again soon

Great experience at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Beds were so comfortable and my daugher had a lovely comfy bed too which makes a change from lumpy sofabeds that other hotels provide. Also very spacious room. Would definately stay here again.

This Premier Inn was superb.
After reading some of the reviews I was worried about the noise, we stayed on a Friday night and never heard any noise from the road, The friendly welcome we received from all the staff was lovely, our room was lovely and clean and the towels were soft and fluffy.
The breakfast was delicious and at £7.99 for all you can eat buffet we thought this was a bargain especially as our teenager daughters could eat free.
It is a great location for Poole and Bournemouth.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the bay.

This must be one of the best inns we have stayed in. I booked here with my husband and mother for one night, The reception was welcoming and efficient. The rooms were larger than usual and very clean. We were greeted warmly in the morning and went to the restaurant for breakfast, Diane was lovely. She seated us near the buffet[ on seeing my elderly mother] and explained the whole buffet in great detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb. We had a leisurely breakfast - more fresh toast and HOT tea/coffee. Excellent value for money compared to price, quality and quantity of breakfasts elsewhere.

Now I have to begin with saying that the staff were very helpful on our stay. The slightest issue and they were very helpful with it. The room had a few problems firstly it was very warm. Realise we travelled during the recent 'heatwave' but the fan simply didn't keep us cool nor the window didn't open far enough. Otherwise the room was very nice.Parking onsite was very accessible and reliable. From the distance with town it wasn't too far a quick walk into town or just pop in the car. Dinner/Breakfast is served from the TableTable restaurant next door. Prices are quite good with the 2 for £11 deal plus the offer for dinner and breakfast. One of the staff was slightly rude but otherwise good service. Remember to book breakfast and dinner before as it can get very busy. Poole is quite a quiet town and if youre hoping for a nice weekend away then its perfect. Or you can travel to Bournemouth which is far more up and goey. Price wise we went during easter hols and as youd expect bit pricey. But you can book cheap rooms not in hols then its perfect. Overall a a nice break away :)

We chose this hotel based on where was cheap for a couple of days away near the coast.
So for £39 a night we had a good stay, pleasant walk near the sea only two minutes away.
I felt this was excellent value for money, if you want to spend time around Poole this is a great place to do so especially at this price!

Room Tip: All about the price!
