We visited in July, good amenities, bar queues not too long with the option to pre-order drinks ready for the break.

Not the place to see up to date films but has some shows in season,Could be used a lot more than it does,Situated next to the bus station and can feel a little frighting after dark, again i say Poole is not a seaside town like Bournmouth or Weymouth it is a working port.

Went to see The Proclaimers at Poole Lighthouse yesterday 30 June 2013 and had a very good night. They still give a good concert and their music and stage performance just makes you feel happy. I know most of the audience was our age, getting on just a bit, but we did notice quite a few youngsters as well. Thats the beauty of their style of music. Thanks for the night.

Arts centre place itself very nice easy to park. We went to see Motown terrible! Sound was awful couldn't understand a word they were singing. Got loads of feedback. People were standing up "dancing" so you couldn't see the stage. I didn't pay over £44 to see some bloke making a right fool of himself prancing around like a right idiot! Not impressed at all. Left at the interval couldn't stand any more of it definitely would not recommend this night to anyone!

Visited here for the first time to see Angel Exits production of The Secret Garden which was brilliant! Once I had discovered this little gem I have been to several performances including Abigail's party and Toyah Wilcox in Hormonal Housewives, hysterical. Have already booked for some more performances, this place deserves to be supported. Good parking and a lovely bar/coffee area.
