As the name suggests, this place is well located on the Poole quayside. The food is not great value - it's priced at the upper end of what you'd expect to pay for a quiche and salad (just under £8) and they serving staff actually weighed out the salad portions, which I thought was a little bit OTT. But it was good food nonetheless, and a proper alternative to fish 'n' chips!
The food selection is good for lunch and there are wines and beers available too if you fancy a drink with your meal. The ambiance is particularly nice and at the end of the day that's part of what you're paying for. Nice view if you can sit by the window but it's pretty draughty there on a windy day!
