Grovefield Manor is everything you would wish for in an upmarket guest house. Amazingly located, one road from the beautiful sandy beach. There is a pub close by and a really nice cafe/restaurant at the end of the road. The hotel is spotless and modern, the room was comfortable, colour co-ordinated and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, good quality food, lots of selection and really nice service from a nice young lady. Lots of free parking and wifi. The hotel even has a cute cat who was waiting outside our room for us every morning. Would definately recommend and definately return in the future

My son and I have just stayed at Grovefield Manor for the second year running. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We have stayed in many B&Bs and hotels over the years, all of which have fallen short in many areas. However, Grovefield Manor is faultless in every aspect. It is a beautiful property, very well maintained and beautifully presented with good size, tastefully appointed rooms. The breakfasts are generous and delicious and you can pick and choose from a range of cooked items which is ideal for fussy kids. Set in an affluent and quiet residential road, the location is superb with arguably britains best beach a 5 minute walk away and Poole and Bournemouth centre both within a 10-15 minute drive. There is also plenty of on site parking and a nice pub a short walk away that serves good food. Keith and Barabra are the perfect hosts, friendly and welcoming, attentive and helpful, but discreet and not overbearing like some places we've stayed. If you are seeking accommodation in this area then you'll struggle to find better. We're looking forward to our next visit already.

Many thanks Derek for your review. I have only just registered with TripAdvisor and found that I can do such. It was good to see you again but due to us being so busy there is never enough time to chat.

Best wishes to you and Luke and certainly hope to see you again next year?

We booked quite late after looking at reviews on trip advisor, and couldn't find anything negative to say. The hotel is gorgeous, pure victorian opulence. Our hosts couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless with a huge comfy bed, big bathroom with sparkly floor tiles. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and even a chocolate on the big fluffy pillow :-) . There is a superb pub a couple of doors down and the lovely sandy beach is a couple of minutes walk away through the chine. Great choice at breakfast, fantastic full English, fresh fruit, cereal etc. Just wish we didn't have to return to normality at home. Can't wait to go back ! 11 out of 10 .

Room Tip: We had room 8, very spacious , clean, big comfy bed and lovely big bathroom.

Delightful place, and very professionally managed - Large spacious drawing room and dining room, comfortable rooms, and good food. The room has a medium size four poster bed, and a separate sitting area. The location is also excellent - Just 4 mins walk to the beach. Bournemouth is about 20 mins walk along the beach to your left, and Sandbanks a little more to your right.
The best part was the service. The owner, Keith, was very pleasant and helpful right from the beginning. To me, his cheerful spirit had a significant impact in making the stay a pleasant and memorable experience.

Nishan it was a lovely experience to meet with you and I am glad that you enjoyed your time with us. I am very slow in writing responsews (a new experience for me) and I apologise that you will not see this before you return to India. Next time (?) I would love to hear a lot more about your country.

Best wishes.

Great 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with outside patio. Decent price (had previously stayed in Sandbanks), quick walk to beach down chine opposite hotel. Had breakfast one day in main hotel which was excellent. Mike very helpful with a comfy lounge (with endless sweets) and coffee bar. Internet a little hit and miss (normally worked in hotel, more sporadic in apartment) only gripe.

Thanks for the review John. I hope, everything crossed, the WiFi problem is resolved. It just goes to show that if something isn't broke leave it alone. I thought I had found a bargain by changing to another provider - sadly another wrong purchase!!

Best wishes.

Cosy, clean and spotless bedrooms, all individual with flat screen tv and tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely breakfast, very short walk to a great pub ( Inn on the Park) for dinner in the evening and then two minute downhill walk to the beach. Lovely area, cannot recommend highly enough. Common areas beautifully furnished.

Attended Poole Tourism Management Board here tonight. This is a lovely award winning homely property and Keith and Barbara go out of their way to make it homely. This is not just a place to stay but to meet at too. Highly recommended
