Booked to stay here after reading the reviews posted, we were given room 1 which was spacious and very very comfortable. The location is very good for the old town, but far enough away ( a 5 minute walk) to ensure a quiet nights sleep. We wish we had to visit Stevenage more often just to be able to relax in this lovely hotel.

Stayed here over a 3 week period whilst working in Letchworth, and found it to be as good as the reviews claimed! Reception were friendly and helpful, and the rooms very comfortable, with the great advantage of having your own little kitchen, complete with welcome pack!
Would highly recommend, wish there were more little gems like this!

Absolutely lovely people, couldn't be more courteous. Family orientated, can't fault this charming hotel. Don't bother with the large chain hotels, come here, you will not be disappointed.
Well done to them, keep up the good work.

We visited with friends and bride-to-be and groom. What a warm, welcoming hotel this is. A lovely selection of rooms, all with a mini-kitchen with microwave and fridge. There was a basket containing juice and snacks, along with the normal tea, coffee and milk. We were advised that we could help ourselves to more tea, coffee and milk from a cabinet in reception. My husband asked that we be booked into a ground floor room and this, although smaller than those allocated to our friends, was perfectly clean and tidy, with a good en-suite. The owners were generous with their time. They assisted with delivery of items to the reception and then took us to the railway station for our journey home. The fact that the whole party was accommodated in the same hotel helped reduce any stress for the happy couple.

Fabulous hotel, extremely clean and the staff so welcoming and friendly.
It was our wedding day and they all went out of their way to make the day extra special, and offering and helping out getting our guests to and from the various venues.
All facilities are above average.
A wonderful stay.

Room Tip: They all appeared very good.

This accommodation was just perfect for me. I was staying here on leisure but I stay away a lot with work and being a young woman this accommodation would be perfect. The room was huge. Really nicely decorated in a british theme and I fell in love the blankets on the bed!!! There is a small kitchen with fridge, microwave etc. They even give you a few supplies for the first night, crisps, orange juice etc. So easy to find. Plently of free parking. And close to all the amenities. Will defintately stay here again when visiting family. Thank you
