Dined here for the first time with friends who had been previously. It would be difficult to find fault with either the food or the service. The set menu is good particularly good value (3 courses £17). I had perfectly cooked chicken livers to start and the others had the seafood platter, which they loved. All main courses were perfectly cooked, and my beef and mushroom suet pudding was very tasty. Service was slick but unobtrusive and the restaurant has a good ambience.
