“What an exoerience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2012

What a lovely experience to have in England! I had a fabulous lunch today on the Mariner and could of been anywhere, felt like being on holiday!
The food was delicious and i thought great value at £17.99 for 3 course lunch menu, there were loads of choices too and no extra charge for water and the house white was delicious.
Even the bread at £1 a portion was lush!
The wine menu was immense, so much choice so if you are a wine buff you will be in heaven.
The staff were attentive and mainly french which adds to the experience too, nothing was too much trouble for them and they even helped me decipher my french surname!
We will be back.

I had a really nice meal here, their service is great, food delicious, and it's an authentic experience. Only thing I would say is it's quite expensive!

“Great for work parties”

We had our staff christmas meal here, everything was really good, the only complaint we had was being asked to leave so they could tidy up, would have been nice to have the afternoon watching the boats along the marina

“Lovely Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2012

Great place to dine on the water in Ipswich, no air conditioning which is a problem on one of our warm saltry nights (not many of them) food is well presented and prepared, a little limited on beer but ok on wine. The cost is little high but it`s the position of the boat and really good food you are paying for. andy
