We walked to the tea rooms so worked up an appetite. We ordered ham and tuna sandwiches. the sandwiches were full of filling, well presented with side salad and crisps. Wedidn't have to wait long for our food either. Some good views from the tea rooms too.

Love this place, always a friendly welcome, and wow what a view.
Can highly recomend the scone jam & cream.
I like to walk my dog along haulfre and then stop at the end for a coffeee.
However sometimes I just pop up with pals for a cuppa n scone.
Take the time to go here for a cuppa and enjoy the view

First found the house converted to a cafe/tea room last year when walking round the Orme on the land side, been back 3 times since, every time we vist the town on a day trip, and always had a good drink and very indulgent cake, have not tried a meal there yet but will soon. The view from the decking outside is quite stunning in its depth and scope of the landward side of Llandudno, and takes some beating. The staff are very friendly and good banter is the measure f the day, and just right for the venue. All in all well worth dropping in when you are on the walk, and if not on the walk, well worth making a small detour from the top of town past the tram station for a proper drink.

Stopped for a cuppa after a long dog walk round the orme. We sat outside with the dog and enjoyed a well earned cup of tea!

The tea gardens are located in one of the most picturesque spots in Llandudno. Sadly the food does not live up to the view. Menu is fairly limited; quality is very average and prices are well above average. It's a shame as this is a lovely spot but it is tired and in need of some TLC.
