“Lovely cafe, horrendous toilets”
Reviewed September 21, 2013 via mobile

Went to get an ice cream and cafe was lovely and welcoming. We had to ask for a key to the toilets and proceeded outside round the corner and into the smelliest dingiest toilets I have been in in a long time. They could do much better.

Hi honestlips Thanks for taking the time to write a review, and for the 'Lovely Cafe' bit. We do try and keep the toilets clean but it can be difficult as they are in constant use, as for the dingy comment, i realise they could be better and we are planning a refurb this winter. So hopefully they'll be looking better should you visit us again. I hope you still enjoyed your visit. Thanks again.

“Greatest Beach Cafe”
Reviewed September 19, 2013

If your at Llandudno this great little cafe is a must visit. There is always something different on the menu and good value accompanied with a warm welcome. Have been many times and will certainly go again. On a warm clear day the terrace view is fantastic

“Food with a view”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

This is a family run beach restaurant with a warm and friendly welcome and a menu to please everyone. Not only that but you get spectacular views across the Conwy Estuary towards Anglesey. With plenty of seating indoors and a number of tables on the outside terrace this has to be one of the best seaside cafes you will ever eat at. We found that the meals were keenly priced, no skimping on portion size and a range of meals to satisfy all tastes. Well worth a visit

Hi Wendy P that review brought.a smile to all of our faces, thank you so much for your kind remarks, we shall keep trying to improve and hope you'll visit again soon. The views are indeed spectacular and the last few days have seen some stunning sunsets, it's a great place to work and an even better place to relax. Although I do admit to being biased. Thanks again.

“beautiful location”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

What a lovely and friendly little café, the staff are very friendly, and cannot do enough to help you. Shame about the toilet downstairs, need a yellow spade with a key on the end for the door!!!!!
The café is in a beautiful location, overlooking the water. It always seems very popular especially on a lovely day. Meals always well presented with a nice salad with sandwiches etc. Food freshly prepared for you so sometimes have to wait a short time, Very reasonable prices.

Hi Rosalie Thank you very much for taking the time to send your comments to tripadvisor. I'm pleased you enjoyed your visit, and will pass on your comments to the team. It's great to hear when people appreciate what we're doing and gives us all a boost. Apologies for the yellow spade for the toilet key, before we attached the spade, we had a few occasions when customers put the key in their pockets and realised when they got home. It's been returned by post a few times. However another customer mentioned that the yellow key isn't exactly discreet so we will look at a change to this. Thanks again for your comments and I hope you'll visit us again.
