Description: The Bengal Dynasty is a Llandudno institution. This Indian Restaurant has been serving top notch Bangladeshi cuisine for over 25 years in its location at Nr 1 North Parade in the centre of Llandudno. The restaurant serves a fantastic selection of traditional Indian favourites as well as some unique dishes, all of which are prepared to order by their long established award winning chef and team of staff. The food is freshly prepared from excellent ingredients beginning with a selection of starters including pakoras, samosas, kebabs and grills as well as the popular Dhall soup. The extensive and delicious main course menu will tempt you with generous portions of tandoori grills through balti dishes, kormas, madras and other more exotic dishes. The Bengal Dynasty has a selection of fish curries including Bengal fish curry and tandoori trout mossala. There is an excellent choice for vegetarians and a small menu for non curry eaters. You can add an extensive selection of rices, breads ad side dishes to turn your meal into a feast. Dinner is rounded off with dessert and coffee if you have any room left. The Bengal Dynasty Indian Restaurant can seat up to 95 diners in air conditioned comfort in modern surroundings. There is a bar with a wide selection of wines as well as Indian beers and soft drinks and spirits. The staff are very friendly and do everything they can to ensure your restaurant experience is memorable and smooth.

Directly opposite Asia we tried this place because we were tired of the inconsistent service and food at Asia( the room needed doing badly also). Here the staff are much more on the ball, friendly and efficient, and its a pleasant well decorated place to sit . The food while plentiful was however a bit bland, the starter came with shredded chicken which made it look a little like cat food but while edible it needed something more,as did my curry and my wifes sheek kababs. The bread, naan and poppadoms with pickle were OK, its reasonably priced so we would return and try other dishes, but i think its Jaya next

The atmosphere at the Bengal Dynasty is welcoming and friendly, the service was faultless. I am a bit of a Madras addict & I have to say that the version at this restaurant is very hot!! It was great food & all the better for being very reasonably priced. We had a brilliant evening & will definitely return next time we're in Llandudno.

This isn't, nor does it assert itself to be, fine Indian dining.

The restaurant offers value, a solid, varied menu and polite attentive staff with prompt service.

2nd time at this restaurant, 1st time Sunday Buffet..Can't fault it..Nothing over fancy but if you want a good solid choice of starters and mains pilau, plain, popadoms, pickles, curries etc etc. (mild, medium and hot) washed down with a nice clean, cold and reasonably priced pint of Cobra you really can't go wrong.. Great value....One tip. If you like HOT try the green chili pickle
