Description: Osborne’s Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborne’s is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with opulent drapery, period fireplace, gleaming chandeliers, gilt mirrors, antiques, paintings and fluted columns, the dining room still manages to be relaxed and informal. Perfect for light bites or full meals, the menu uses local produce to create inventive, seasonally-changing modern European dishes. Everyone loves the Conwy Valley lamb shank with ratatouille and basil when it’s on the menu and the Osborne’s rendering of fish and chips.

Think 165 Eaton place from the tv series Upstairs Downstairs and you get an idea of the fine interior of this venue, its white pillared restraunt is just so excellent.our dinner, fish in a fine lemons source, was splendid.the wine,a red house wine, was perfect.

The food and atmosphere here are lovely, its a beautiful setting, and nice to go at lunchtime or in the evening.
Its always busy, and I've never been able to find fault with the food.
If anything the staff could be a bit friendlier, but it is still one of my favourite places to eat.

No greeting by staff on arrival so left standing around. Nice decor but no atmosphere. Starter was average but main course was extremely overcooked and couldn't be eaten as the meat looked like a lump of charcoal! When complained about the food, we were given dirty looks by the staff all night and made to feel uncomfortable so we left. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be eating there again

There seemed to be a lack of exciting reasonably priced places to eat in Llandudno, so this was a great find. Excellent value (mains are actually £10-15, which is more gastropub than fancy restaurant, and the very average Italian we'd visited the night before was similarly priced). Our main courses and desserts were fantastic. Service was superb too and the dinning room is wonderfully (if bizarrely!) furnished.

I hope to return for afternoon tea!

Well worth visiting.

We've eaten here several times, my husband proposed during our first visit so it is a special place for us. Each time we've been we have felt like valued customers, the waiting staff are excellent, the restaurant is well decorated and feels expensive. The food is delicious, and not over priced considering the quality and the location. We've never been disappointed at Osborne's
