My friend and I stayed here last night (Tuesday 29th Oct 2012} we are both around 60 and I am disabled. There was a few steps up into the hotel but I managed. We had a very warm greeting and was helped with our bags to the lift and our room was very close when we arrived on our floor. The room was spotless, very slightly dated but this didn't bother us. Double room very comfortable bed, very clean bedding, {crisp white}, hanging space for clothes and a very modern en suite {spotless}. One minute walk to the seafront and shops closer, there was a few cafes and restraunts close by for those eating out. We had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast. On leaving staff helped us with our luggage to the car parked over the road. Thanks to all for making it an enjoyable break.

I stayed here for one night when I was in Llandudno for a conference. The hotel is in a brilliant, central location one block from the beach, and in the centre of town. The staff are very, very friendly, the room was fresh and cozy and the breakfast was incredibly filling and tasty - all for 30 quid! The bed was a bit hard and not exactly to my liking, but it was good enough for a princess like me. The only down side is the toilet, or something to do with the water tank, sounded possessed. When you flushed it groaned and made horrible noises...which also happened randomly during the night. It was amusing more than anything, but if you are a light sleeper don't stay in room 103. That being said, I'd stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 103 has a noisy toilet, so perhaps ask for a different room if you're a light sleeper.

The staff were so nice, and really helpful, the bedrooms were clean and good value, and the couple that ran the hotel were very friendly and did all they could to make sure my stay was perfect.
All in all they succeeded

We stayed for a short break. The hotel was fantastic value for money and the owners were really helpful, helped carry our bags up the stairs, moved their car so that we could park behind the hotel in their car park and recommended restaurants and booked them for us! They couldn't have done more. The breakfast was excellent, a fantastic choice of anything that you wanted and toast and hot drinks kept on coming! The service was also excellent, we didnt wait for anything. Our room was at the back and was really comfortable, quiet and very clean. We saw some tables ready for dinner but we didnt stay in although if we had been there longer we definately would have. You really must try this hotel
