Just returned from a short break in Llandudno, staying at the Promenad. A lovely b & b, very clean & beautifully refurbished. Breakfast was of a good quality and plenty to eat. The room, well we had a room on the top floor which was a little hard going so avoid this if you are infirm in any way. (we did have an email from the hotel before we arrived asking if we were ok to go on the top floor though) The only thing i didn't like was the bathroom was very cramped and the door did not shut unless you slammed it. This meant that going to the loo in the night was a very noisy affair. Also had some problems with the shower as the pressure kept dipping which was frustrating. With hindsight would have booked a room with a bath.
Lovely decor throughout.
Please note parking is a small issue, if you can get in front of the hotel it costs £3 all day as 4pm-10am is free but it is hard to get parking. We parked a couple of streets behind the hotel at first on a shopping complex (first 2 hrs free, then £2 per hour thereafter) and later in the day we found a place just outside the hotel.
The owners of the hotel were a lovely couple, very attentive and make you very welcome, would definitely stay again.
