“The Grusome four”

Our stay at this hotel started well with the bar open...The rooms are well above average and the hotel is well decorated through out. The evening meal was an excellent 3 course with various choice at a very reasonable price as was the over night b and b price.
The hotel boasts a good sea front location and is close to Theatre and Shops. Parking over night on the sea front is free but remember to feed the meter for any day time stay after 10 am.
Our overall rating for this hotel is excellent and we will use on other theatre visits.

The Dolgellau Grousome 4.

Many thanks.

On arrival, 14th April, 2008, a very warm welcome, even an offer to carry our case to the lift. We had booked the room with a 'four poster' as it was our anniversary - the flowers and champagne requested, together with the brilliant sea view and outstanding decor were all we could have asked for. The lounge and dining room were tastefully decorated and well cared for. Plenty of choice for breakfast and very pleasant service. Lots of steps down to dining room, but they are quite willing to serve upstairs if required. We have booked to return in July with Mum who has mobility problems - and know we shall be well cared for.

3 of us stayed at can y bae llandudno last weekend. Location was perfect - a few yards from the theatre and all the shops.
Such a warm welcome, memorable stay, would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. Certainly worth their 4 star rating. Whole of hotel was clean and very stylish. Food excellent. A nice touch that they use all local produce. Thanks Can y Bae, we will be back.

I visited the Can-y-Bae Hotel last autumn following a recommendation. I was pleased to return again this Easter.

The Quality of service; cleanliness and good food is exceptional.

The Dining Room is pleasant and spacious and although the Bar is smaller, it is cosy.

My en suite Bedroom was warm with TV/Ironing/Tea-Coffee facilities and Hair Dryer.

The comfortable Lounge with large bay window overlooks the Promenade. A vista of Llandudno North Bay can be seen, rain or shine, day or night, of the Great Orme around to the Little Orme, including the Pier.

The Owners welcome every guest including dogs by arrangement.

I have recently returned from an Easter break at this excellent family run hotel. The owners Michael and Dave worked extremely hard to make our stay as pleasurable and relaxed as possible - nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the service second to none. The rooms were clean and confortable and the seafront rooms had stunning views over the bay and the Orme. I will definitely be going back for another visit.
