What a stunning hotel. The rooms are fantastic, decor amazing and the staff can't do enough for you. Whether you eat in the dining room or beside the fire in the lounge you are guaranteed excellent food.

The food is exceptional and never fails to satisfy ( even my exceptionally fussy mother )! The king prawn and chorizo risotto is wonderfully tasty and the baked cheesecake exceptional . Also the prices are realistic .

We have been visiting Osborne house since it opened in 2002 and it never disappoints. Always a friendly welcome from Jo the Manage and her staff are very attentive. There are only 7 rooms and all take you back in time with huge luxury brass beds with steps to help you get into bed, ornate fire places with the flick of a switch ignites the fire and huge comfy sofa to relax and unwind. The bathrooms all have roll top baths and marble showers. Once you have unpacked it is difficult to tear yourself away from such luxury but you must as downstairs in a fabulous cafe bar where afternoon tea is a must. In the evening settle down to a great selection of good wines and a menu which makes your mouth water.
Further relaxation in available at the sister hotel The Empire which is a few minutes walk away where there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, gym and spa treatments awaiting your attention.

Room Tip: Have a look on the website as the pics of the rooms are amazing but just perfect for couples.

We wanted a quiet night away from the family in lovely surroundings on our wedding night, so went down the road to Osborne House. The suite was AMAZING. We were top floor, so only a small window, but the view was stunning and the bed - huge! The service was great, by one lady, I think she was the manageress, she was outstanding, brought us a glass of prosecco on check in when she found out it was our honey moon. The food: some great dishes, some not-so-great but generally really good, they brought the pudding up to our room later because we were so full. We were really impressed with all aspects of the hotel, and have agreed that we will still be coming back for anniversaries when we are spectacularly old and will need to be carried up the stairs.

Room Tip: Top floor was cheaper, although it was smaller, and had a smaller window, we still loved the room, i...

As soon as we parked our car in the covered garage, the service we received was amazing. We were taken into a beautiful reception area to check in then shown to our 1st floor suite.....OMG it was huge, beautifully decorated, it knocked us both speechless. We loved the very comfy bed, roll top bath, large sofa and remote control fire. The view was to die for. Breakfast was served in our room and was absolutely delicious. All the staff were so very friendly and polite and made us feel very welcome. All I can say is just go and treat yourselves, its wonderful

This hotel is a little gem. Its décor and style reflects the grandeur of the Victorian Age, having been very tastefully renovated. The bar, library and restaurant are luxurious and staff were are extremely friendly and helpful. There are 6 suites in the hotel. We stayed in a 3rd floor suite, which comprised a spacious lounge area with a wonderful fireplace, leading to s beautiful sleeping area, with a huge comfortable bed. Finally there was a large bathroom with a roll-top bath in which to enjoy a bottle of champagne, with ice-bucket and ice provided. We chose to have a large continental breakfast, served in our room and felt really spoilt. We will certainly be back!

Room Tip: All rooms have a sea view - a fantastic view of Llandudno Bay. There is no lift, so some individua...

This was a surprise trip arranged by my boyfriend and was perfect in every way. The rooms were beautiful and romantic and the bed was fit for a king, the bathroom was in keeping with the antique feel but very luxurious with a huge roll top bath. The views from the top floor were amazing both during the day and at night and it’s directly opposite the pier so very easy for a little stroll. The staff and service was second to none with no request too much. We also ate at the restaurant which was lovely and very reasonably priced. Worth a visit and will be one we go back to time and time again.
