This hotel run by the hosts is about as close as you can get to being with family, so helpful, keys so you can come and go at will.
rooms are good but having booked the Four Poster, we found 2 days before our arrival that decorators had broken the canopy, Joyce was apologetic and provided a bottle of wine for the inconvienence.
Great location to town centre but in a quiet street so not noisy, just about heard the Seagulls so deffo recommend and yes i will be going back.

Room Tip: Not sure if i can give tips for the rooms, ours was perfect (save the four poster LOL)

We stayed at Morlea for two nights. Our room was small but clean and nice-we're outdoor people so we had basically everything what we needed. Breakfast was lovely and the people who run the place are very friendly. Location is perfect(that's always the top quality for me when I search where to stay) and Llandudno is one of my favourite places.

Have stayed here a few years ago and it had a lasting impressionon me. So much so that I have booked again for Easter this year. Friendly welcome, nice clean rooms, good breakfast and no hassle. They leave you to your own devices. Off road car parking a definite advantage as it locality.

The pricing is very competitive, which also adds to the overall package.

Room Tip: Room at the back was large and light

We stayed here for one night. We had originally booked a triple room, but they offfered us a double and then a single room for our daughter when we got there for no extra charge which was lovely.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, and had everything that you needed, including a DVD player and DVDS. The location is great, just a few mins walk to the centre.
Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice
We were made to feel very welcome, and would highly recommend !

Room Tip: We had rooms 2 (single) and 3 which both looked out to the front of the hotel. The double room had a...

4 of us stayed for one night in 2 twin rooms, warm welcome, spotlessly clean and great breakfast - everything you need from a B&B!
Free parking & wifi a bonus, centrally located and a short walk to the promenade.
Would not hesitate to stay here again

We have been there for one night. The hosts, Joyce and John, very kind and helpfull. The room wasn't very big, but it was comfortable (there were also dvd). Even in the bathroom there were everything you need. They also have some books that you can read during your stay. The breakfast was great! The position is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the pier.

We have just returned from the morlea hotel, short weekend break and must say thoroughly enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere.

John and joyce run their business just like it should be with hard work, friendly greetings and nothing is too much trouble.

Location is just nice a 4/5 min walk into town

We styed in room 1 which was an upgrade on our original booking which was a nice surprise, very clean, everything in the room you need from a TV and DVDs to coffee and biscuits.

The breakfast is great with plenty of choice, good parking.

We will definately be booking up again, if you want a gret stay in Llandudno don't look further than this hotel.
