The room we were allocated was super. We had a king size bed, large TV, good views of the Orme, and a nice en-suite. The family that run the place was very welcoming and the location of the B&B is excellent being only yards from the shops and a couple of minutes from the sea-front. You are also only five mins walk from the Tramway that takes you to the top of the Orme. If I have any complaint it is breakfast - not the food, it was lovely. But the fact they ask you to say what you want the night before and what time you'll be having it. It's a bugbear of mine but if you can live with that then I can thoroughly recommend the this place.

Me and my boyfriend have been to llandudno before and this was the best place we have stayed. We were made to feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was lovely. Couldnt of asked for a better place to stay and we will be back! Thank you alan, margret, tracey and ian.

Stayed for just a Saturday night in June. Hotel is very clean and welcoming inside and out, our room was great, extremely clean and cosy, TV with free view, tea, coffee etc and free wifi. Location is great, located not far from the Promenade and a stones throw from the Palladium Wetherspoons. The owners were friendly and welcoming and seemed genuinely pleased for our business.

The only negative points we could muster was the short time scale for breakfast (between 8.30 and 9) and the early check out 10am. But for those looking for a cheap, well located hotel in Llandudno I can recommend the Westbourne.

The Westbourne Guest House (NOT hotel) is a very welcoming family-run establishment in the centre of Llandudno.

The guest house was all decorated to a high standard and was very pleasant to stay in.
However, we found our room was a little on the 'cosy' side, to the extent that my partner had serious difficulties getting in and out of the shower. We decided to hold our tongue on this since we were only staying for a couple of nights.
My partner also found the mattress was a little too thin and had some difficulties getting comfortable. I'm sure most people wouldn't have an issue (I know I didn't) though.

We liked the touches of having some sweets and fresh fruit left for us in the room and would definitely consider staying at Westbourne again if we were to stay in Llandudno again in the future.

Room Tip: Looking at other reviews, clearly some rooms are larger than others - it may be worth asking for a larger room when booking.
