My wife and I spent two nights from 11 to 13 December 2013 after travelling all day by car from London. We were greeted warmly and escorted to a splendid room on the 3rd floor. The place is an old Victorian style building built in the late 1800's, with large rooms, high ceilings and a real European feel to it. We stayed in room 17, which had a large comfortable bed, television (present, but never used) and its own on-suite bathroom. In the morning the hostess prepared a full English breakfast, which helped prepare us for walking around the lovely city of Llandudno and the nearby city of Conwy. We had a great stay, were given great advice on what to see and do, and highly recommend staying at the Crickleigh house whenever you pass through Northern Wales.

Room Tip: Room 17 was a quaint room on the top floor with a large bed that faces the front. We arrived at nig...

Beautiful place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and promenade. Excellent room and amenities. Our hosts made us feel at home and were quite accommodating. English breakfast served was sumptuous. I highly recommend this hotel. More likely to return there for another stay in the near future.

Stayed here for a Saturday night when the Christmas Fair was on. Everything was spot on, from the welcome and carrying up of our bags to the top floor to the lovely touches in the room. We stayed in room 19: very comfortable beds, good sized room with armchairs to relax in, good sized TV, large shower cubicle, fabulous toiletries and dressing gowns. Breakfast was wonderful-cooked to perfection and hot too. plenty of choice. I have stayed in many places in Llandudno over the years and this is the best yet. Will certainly return again.

Bedroom clean but very lumpy and uncomfortable bed in room 21. Ensuite refurbished and lovely and clean. View over very untidy back yard. Breakfast ok. Overall ok stay for ok price! Good and central location.

We stayed one night on our tour through Wales. We felt right at home from the start, help getting our bags up to our room was appreciated. The room was excellent, breakfast was very good. It is situated about an easy 5 minute walk to the shopping street and attractions, far enough to be in a quiet place, but still easy to get around by foot. Really good value for money, would stay there again if we return to Llandudno.
