“As usual, Excellent !”
Reviewed September 7, 2008

We have just returned from staying at The Lindens hotel in Llandudno and as usual it was lovely, The T.V room is so relaxing and a good chill out area, and it is right next door to the civilised bar area where we chatted to other happy guests and the very pleasant and friendly Liam and Laura, the beds are so comfy i was looking forward to going to bed to snuggle up in mine !! it is a very short walk up the hill to the Great Orme tramway and 5 min walk to the town centre.

There has been comments about the dated decor, there are some rooms that are a bit flowery but this was inherited from the tastes of the previous owners and is been modernised as time goes on, we noticed a change for the better from 8 months ago, (our last visit)

Liam and Laura deserve every success in their hotel as they are great - try them you won`t be disappointed !!

Little gem. Good location, 1 min from tram station to the Orme, 2 mins from town centre, quiet location apart from the seagulls, but that is something you dont escape in llandudno. Hotel is quaint and well cared for, superb quality fresh white bed linen, fluffy white towels and crisp white tablecloths, everywhere is nice and clean. Nice Lounge with Large plasma tv. Breakfasts were lovely. Decor does looks a bit dated, but if suits the charm of the place. I would recommend this hotel, and we would return there. On a negative point, on the outside, looked bit scurffy, it could do with prettying up (but dont let that put you off as inside is all good news.

This was our first visit based on great reviews and we totally endorse what has been said already. Liam and Laura were very warm and friendly and the hotel itself was spotless. Nice clean room and close to all local places of interest. Would certainly stay here again and look forward to in the near future.

The owners, Liam and Laura were very friendly and attentive. The property is in a great location. I parked the car on the street, and walked everywhere in town. The promenade is one block away, and the high street is just around the corner. The hotel itself is clean and spotless. A delicious breakfast is served. The morning we left early there were bacon sandwiches waiting for us in the fridge! We could not have asked for more. Llandudno is a great town, too. I highly recommend a visit.

We have just returned from a short break in Lllandudno, where we stayed 3 nights at the Lindens. The owners Liam and Laura were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is small & quiet, but ideally situated in the centre of town. The rooms are very clean and well presented and the breakfast each morning was terrific. If we are ever back in Lllandudno we will definitely try and stay at the LIndens.

We would recommend two restaurants in the area, the Seahorse and the No 1 Bistro, and also the King's Head Pub just above the tram station is good for a drink.
