After our long journey, three train trips and about 270 miles, we made it to the little station of Llandudno.

A quick taxi ride and were there at our B&B, a nice place very close to the seafront and the pier.

We enjoyed our stay, owners very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and an added bonus of a bar open at evenings and able to pre-book an evening meal if we so wish. We did on two nights and found the food very enjoyable.

The B&B very close to the shops and bus stops if you wish to travel further afield than Llandudno.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

This hotel is well situated near the sea front, staff are friendly & welcoming, rooms modern & clean, breakfast fantastic.
My only little negative is the lack of parking. There's a few parking spaces to the rear on a narrow road but poor parking by residents staying in the hotel next door meant we couldn't park there. Mostly pay and display in the area.
Overall we had a lovely stay.

We stayed mid week. The hotel is a family run business in a very good position for beach or shops. Rooms spread over 3 floors and although our room was on the 3rd floor (no lift) we found it to be clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a selection of cereals and a full english breakfast. We ate at the hotel one evening and enjoyed a really good well cooked steak. The staff are extremely friendly and if you are looking for a home from home hotel this will be for you.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely guest house for the fourth year running. This guest house just gets better and better each time I go. On arrival we were shown up to our room on the second floor, the room itself was clean and tidy with one big king size bed and a bunk bed. The en-suite was also immaculate with plenty of space to move around. The hospitality of this guest house is beyond words, all the staff were very kind and helpful and would go to the moon and back if it meant that your stay was the best it could be. The bar that is open in the evenings from 7:30 is also a massive plus as it has an amazing atmosphere and staff are always on hand to provide you with drinks and snacks. The breakfast was beautifully presented and words can not even describe it, just speechless, the best breakfast I have ever had!! The staff work together as an amazing team from Eddie who is an amazing chef and has an amazing sense of humour, Nic who is so kind hearted and has the biggest smile you will ever see, not forgetting Dan who has an amazing personality and also an amazing chef, to the team who work tirelessly with this amazing trio to clean rooms, set tables, serve breakfast and keep the guest house functioning. I will be sure to visit again next year! Words can not describe my stay the only word is......speechless!

Arrived to check in and found the staff very welcoming even showed me to my room which was lovely
Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean really nice shower room with lots of fluffy white towels and toiletries, the bedroom had plenty of sockets a wardrobe lots of mirrors a hairdryer and a bed so comfortable I really didn't want to get up .
Breakfast was from 8am to 9 30 am you could start with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and juice and then you have waitress service for a full English breakfast which had everything on and was made with quality ingredients served with tea and toast . All in all I will definitely return and fully recommend this hotel as the nicest I've stayed in in Llandudno
