“Very cramped , noisy, draughty. One to avoid”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

Very cramped costa ,poky, narrow, incredibly noisy, draughty. We walked out and would not dream of going here again when there are much more comfortable, nicer cafes in this shopping area alone and many dozens more in Llandudno

“A bit small but otherwise hard to fault”
Reviewed December 17, 2012

Like the other poster said this branch of Costa Coffee is a bit on the small side and, as a result, there are often fairly long queues and it is frequently very difficult to find somewhere to sit. This, however, could be said of many places. Besides this, i can find absolutely no fault with the place. In fact, i LOVE this place. I have always found the service be very good with the staff being polite and courteous and serving me very swiftly. Despite not being a fan of coffee, there are many products on offer here that i find irresistible. My favourite is the red berry cooler which is easily one of my favourite drinks from anywhere. The other fruit cooler drinks are also really nice as are the creamy coolers and iced lemonade. I have also been several times recently to sample their festive menu. Their turkey feast sandwich is absolutely delicious and they also have range of delightful festive drinks and cakes which really are to die for. I will be going there many times in the future and as long as they maintain the standard i will continue to be a very satisfied customer.

“A bit on the small side”
Reviewed December 1, 2012

I have to say I quite like the coffee in Costa, and unlike Starbucks it seems they pay a bit of tax so I don't feel the need to boycott them. The Llandudno outlet is a typical branch of Costa with the usual slightly quirky furnishing you'd expect of a chain coffee shop but it's just a little too small. It's located on the often busy Parc Llandudno retail park so being as small as it is it can be very difficult to find a table, especially for a family of four, even at "off-peak" times. It also only has one toilet which has to jointly cater to ladies, gents and the disabled which, given the number of people drinking strong coffee, can lead to queues. So all in all it's good but you may have no option but to take out.
