Description: We are a small establishment in Llandudno north Wales, which opened at the beginning of April 2017, with aspirations of becoming a second home to those who have a love of good food. Our restaurant manager Liam has a vast amount of experience within the industry, especially in regards to great customer service, mixology & local knowledge, Our chef has risen through the ranks of the industry incredibly quick considering his age, his ethos is to keep things simple, fresh & modern, and using the simplest of ingredients Ben can transform a dish into something special.

Others have described the very good range of tapas and drinks in the town centre bar. We booked for an impromptu, ad hoc evening together after our wedding. Around twenty two of us turned uo over a period of around 45 minutes, and whilst we appreciated the upstairs bar being dedicated to our party, the staff were a little stretched. However, the manager had, without prompting, organised a very acceptable saxophonist to entertain us, our food orders were quickly served, and the prices most acceptable. Well worth trying.

Ate here during bank holiday weekend, we sat in the bar downstairs and it looked quite good, quite atmospheric if a little quiet.

We ordered greek salad, garlic ciabatta, jalapeños and and koftas.

When we ordered we asked for the ciabatta to be served with the rest and not served before as a starter.

After an hour waiting the ciabatta arrived on its own and we were getting rapidly annoyed and disappointed.

15 minutes later I was just about to pay for the drinks and ciabatta before leaving when the rest of the food arrived.

It was okay but we were fed up by then, shame really as I'm not averse to waiting if its explained that there is a delay but to wait for a few tapas for 75 mins is unacceptable.

When we left there was a huge queue at the bar with only one person serving

Hello Tina & John, and thanks for leaving your feedback about your visit to the Gresham. We are very sorry to hear of your bad experience, and are looking into what went wrong.

We were very busy over the weekend, and had one member of kitchen staff call in sick which caused us a lot of problems.

We've never had a wait time as long as that, and our staff should've forewarned you. Having also looked into this, there was a mix up with your starter, and we must apologise for this.

As you can see from our other reviews, we aim to provide excellent levels of customer service, and our chefs work hard to produce the best quality food every time.
Although we understand your frustration with having to wait for your meal, we hope you enjoyed our food, and will give us another chance to put this right!

Probably one of the best places to eat in Llandudno. Lots of Tapas to choose from. The Calamari and whitebait are delicious!
They take their time to cook the food and bring it out to you, but that doesn't matter when the food you do get is gorgeous!
This is our second time here and we will definitely keep coming back for more!
