“Warmest hospitality, quality food/breakfast and exquisite decor!”
Reviewed September 22, 2013 via mobile

We are a children's charity and visit Llandudno several times per year either by the coach load on family breaks with our service users or else smaller groups of young people with special needs! Always in the past we have used Premier Inns but discovering the Manor Hotel made a whole world of difference to our young people on this visit!
Mark and his staff are perfect hosts, very attentive, willing to go that extra mile to help and provide e.g. Late night hot chocolate!

Each of the rooms we had were spotless, comfortable and decor was well done and creative!

The breakfasts were very nicely done using good quality ingredients and plenty of it! Breakfast time extended until 10am would have been preferred though as it's difficult to get a disabilities group ready by 8.30am to finish breakfast at 9am, but at least it got us up and out enjoying ourselves!

Being situated on the beachfront made for a perfect stay for us and Kidz First will definitely return again as will the writer with her family!

Thank you Mark for our excellent stay experience!

Having had a bad journey to the hotel, car jams etc, the last thing we needed was to find somewhere to eat. Only food served is the breakfast, which was good. In there advert, they say that they have a Restaurant facilities, meaning to us food is served.

I'm registered disabled, but no help was offered to get lugage or wheel chair, into the hotel, on arriveable-durring our stay or on departure.

The "sea view" from the room was difficult to see, due to the position on the side of the hotel and because the windows were dirty.

Parking was a problem, the free parking was actually parking on the road, which was difficult near to the hotel, what must this be like in high season.

The bathroom wasn't any thing special, with a dirty towel in the toilet, which I inadvertentley used and is in need of some TLC! Although double glassed, both general noise, and the laud noise from bottles being disposed of. Good breakfast, a bottle of Sparkling wine left for us, as we were on our RUBY wedding aniversary.

Would we go again, I don't think so.

PGH

booked on booking.com we arrived Tuesday afternoon and were greeted by a young lady who explained breakfast times, parking and any other information that we needed to know. We were given our room key no 11. Our room was very big clean and had great views across the bay in Llandudno. We had a 2 night stay breakfast was excellent with a great choice we had full English both mornings with cereal, toast and preserves, juice and tea or coffee. The service we had was very good. The heating in the rooms was the only let down however I would return..

stayed at this hotel twice now just for one night each time and both times were great .our first stay was in room 2 which was very spacious and very clean .our 2nd stay was beautiful room 4 on the front overlooking the sea. the décor in both rooms are really nice and bright . breakfast was good and staff were very friendly only downside is not a great choice at breakfast if you are vegetarian but other than that a great time was had and we are going back soon

Room Tip: room 4 is our favourite

Some misrepresentation by the Wales Golf Company who told us that we would be getting one of the best rooms. Well we had a room which is accessed through the WC door on the ground floor.there was a drain smell for the first day which was quite unpleasant Not a great start. The room itself is big enough and clean. The bathroom is very poorly lit and has mold around the bath come shower. Breakfast is very good and there is a nice bar and very pleasant staff. Free parking means no cark park and you can have to park some way away. At the heart of Llandudno seafront means over a mile from the main town which is fine if you like to walk and it isn't raining otherwise it is a taxi fare away

Stayed with partner and disabled mother for 2 nights break August 9/10 2013. We had 2 rooms on the ground floor..room 1 and 2. Only those two rooms in the corridor which made it private for us to commute between rooms.. Rooms were big and spacious, nice, clean and perfect for my mother being on ground floor as no lifts to other rooms. Breakfasts were great and staff very friendly. Only downside was a little too far for mother to walk to town, but staff got us a very good taxi service and all in all it was a great holiday . Would go back again but only if room 1 and 2 were available.

Room Tip: Pick rooms one or two. Big and spacious!
