Just returned from a Friday to Sunday first anniversary, break at Beach Cove. Once again we were made very welcome from the off, found the whole b&b to be spotlessly clean. The hosts are fantastic and could not do enough for us. The breakfast is guaranteed not to be beaten anywhere, with plenty on offer.

We booked the four poster room for our anniversary, and after pre arranging with our hosts we were welcomed with a ice cold bottle of Asti. We found the room to be very spacious and had everything we needed and more.

Parking was not an issue on either occasion we have stayed, and we managed to park in a neighbouring street, 2 minutes walk from the b&b. Anyone going to Llandudno and expecting a hotel to have onsite parking will be best off not going to Llandudno!

Ideal location for the Pier, Great Orm, and Mostyn street (lots of bars and restraunts). And within easy walking distance of all Llandudno attractions.

Would highly recommend this little gem of a place to anyone looking for a romantic or relaxing break.

We will definately be booking a return visit in the new year.

We have been before, so you may wonder if things had changed since last time? Well, hopefully, you will be pleases to hear they haven't. It was just as good as last time and the time before that. Room was spotless, the bed comfy, the tea and coffee tray well stocked, the TV good quality (not that we spent much time watching it, too much to do), the shower hot and powerful enough to wake you up in the morning. Our room (number 5) also had the advantage of hot water pipes running at the back of the wardrobe keeping all your clothes nice an warm and good for drying anything, should the weather be a little inclement.
Breakfast was ample and delicious, served fresh and hot to your table every morning.
Best of all was, as always, was the warm and friendly reception you get form the hosts. They are never in your face, so to speak, but always willing to stop and chat, should that be your desire.
The guest house is in a great location, as others have said. Only a few minutes walk from, well, everything. There is the Queen Victoria Public House a very tempting distance from the front door. The shops just down the hill and the pier a very short stroll, past the Victoria. That suited us down to the ground as we like walking and exploring the delights of Llandudno. Oh and Llandudno is on the Welsh Costal path, should you want to wander a bit further.
While we were staying we at at out three favourite restaurants, they Asia (for a Friday night Curry), Home Cookin' and The Cottage Loaf. We partook of refreshments in the Queen Victoria, the Kings Head (next to the Orme tram Station) and the Albert and can heartily recommend them all.
We have stayed many times in Llandudno over the years and can honestly say the Beach Cove is are favourite B&B. Give it a try next time you are in town.

Room Tip: If you can afford a little extra the four poster room is still the best.

Just back from a one night stay at this well positioned, traditional b & b in Llandudno. A warm welcome, comfy room with a large array of extras (tea, coffee, hot chic, biscuits, toiletries etc.) I was travelling with my son so security was important to me and I felt safe here with a permanently locked front door. A fantastic breakfast and huge choice. Lots of local info provided in the room and really warm and snug. Check out was informal and easy. Would definitely stay again. The book written by guests in the room was a brilliant idea and gave us good ideas of where to go. Thank you.

My partner and I recently stayed at this B&B and loved it. The B&B is well located in Llandudno, not far from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We'll soon be back for another lovely weekend !

My fiance and I recently stayed at the 'Beach Cove' on the 4th & 5th October.

We had booked for a double room and were highly disappointed in the choice of 2 rooms that we were shown as available.

They were on the 2nd floor and were spacially challenged to say the least!

We didnt think that the accommodation deserved a 4 star rating.

The shower room was dated & small, there was a cracked tile in the bottom left hand of the shower and the toilet seat had a crack in it. Also the toilet brush was dirty and unhygenic!

The complimentary toiletries were just 2 small bottles of showergel which was not enough for 2 people for 2 days (although the 'blurb' did advise that you could request more if required).

The breakfast was nice but not as wonderful as the other trip advisor reviews had stated.

The worst and most stressful part of our trip was the parking which had never been mentioned in other reviews! It was almost impossible to park on Church Walks and we ended up parking in the next street and felt like we couldnt use the car all weekend to avoid losing our space.

Overall, our stay was disappointing and we will not be returning to the Beach Cove any time soon.
