We have stayed at Beach Cove many times over the past few years. With hospitable owners, clean, comfortable rooms, superb breakfasts, and a perfect location, this is our little piece of heaven by the sea!!!

This was our first visit to Llandudno and what a fantastic visit it was! After hours spent on the internet reading reviews and comparing prices, we finally decided to book 2 nights at Beach Cove B&B.
We choose to travel to Llandudno via train and arrived at the station 11:00am on Saturday 4th August. Although the B&B was only roughly ten minutes walk away from the station we decided to catch a taxi to be sure we didn't get lost. The taxi was very reasonably priced (around £3) and dropped us off on the doorstep.
As we arrived at the B&B we aware that we were slightly early to check in (check in time was from 12pm). However, we were greeted by the friendly and extremely accommodating owners who informed us that our room was ready for us! We were escorted to our room immediately and helped with our luggage. Whilst being escorted to our room the owner made friendly small talk with us, asking if it was our first time to Llandudno, pointing out leaflets for things to do etc...
Our first impression of the room was that it was slightly on the small side but then again it had everything we needed, a very comfortable double bed, a dressing table, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers! It also had a little T.V which we would not usually get much use from with being on holiday; however it proved to come in very handy with The London 2012 Olympics taking place! The decor was not to my taste but the room itself was exceptional clean and tidy! Our room was situation on the 3rd floor and had a lovely view overlooking The Great Orme.
Breakfast was served at a reasonable time and was absolutely delicious! Both mornings my fiancé and I had the Full English breakfast. Yet again the owners proved to be very accommodating and made sure that my fussy fiancé didn’t have any baked beans on his plate! As well as the yummy Full English Breakfast there were also other choices too! The service at the breakfast time was brilliant. We didn’t feel like we were rushed to finish.
The B&B is the PERFECT location! Two minute walk to the beach and pier. Ten minute walk to The Great Orme cable cars. Two minute walk to the Red Tour Bus to Conwy. One minute walk to the town centre. And surrounded by a range of restaurants and pubs!
On the first night we decided to eat at a The Pool Side Restaurant inside the Empire Hotel (opposite The Beach Cove B&B and slightly up the road). £16.95 for a 3 course meal and a glass of wine. It was absolutely divine! Quality food! We would definitely recommend!
We had an action packed visit to Llandudno and did loads of exciting things. The two things we would certainly recommend are the cable cars up to The Great Orme and Red Bus tour to Conwy where we went round the gorgeous Conwy Castle!
When it was time to leave Beach Cove both my fiancé and I didn’t want to leave! Our train home was an evening train at 5:00pm and we were conscious that our check out time was 10am. I was worried that we would have to pull our suitcases around with us all day but to my delight the owners said that we could leave our suitcases in the B&B and collect them before we headed off home! Not only did the owners save our suitcases for us but they kindly offered to book us a taxi to the train station for later in the day. Once again VERY accommodating!
We had a brilliant time in Llandudno and our stay at Beach Cove made it that bit more special! Thank you!

Stayed there for three nights, and was very reluctant to leave.
The bedroom was immaculate and sensibly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. View out of the the window was of the Grear Orme. Very quiet at night.
The hotel generally was very clean and welcoming, as were the owners.
There was a wide choice for breakfast, and all food tasted superb. Service was very quick.
The owners were very friendly, and attended immediately to any request, offering advice also on places to visit/eat etc. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed: you didn't feel hurried. All other guests were polite and friendly.
The location is ideal: two minutes walk to the Great Orme tram, one minute to the town centre, one minute to the pier/beach/promenade. The road in which the hotel itself is situated offered a choice of eating/drinking establishments.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Clean and tidy rooms, towels, toiletries and chocolate on the bed made it pretty. Good choice for breakfast which includes cereals, toast and juices. Close to shops and beach, short walking distance to the pier and great orme.

Very welcoming host - cooked wonderful breakfasts! Little touches made it special - the welcoming chocolate as well as toiletries, the hairdryer you didn't have to ask for, the flowers and bowl of sweets in the hall. The hotel is in the perfect position - close to the beach, the pier, and the tramway and cable car up the Great Orme. It is also very close to some good eating places. (Try La Taverna for a special meal) We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying there and were delighted to find that Arwel(?) spoke Welsh. He was very patient with our halting attempts!

Room Tip: I guess you need to ask for a top room facing the street if it's available- good view of the Orm...
