“Really tidy and busy main street”
Review of Mostyn Street

Llandudno really is one of the most attractive seaside resorts I have visited in the UK, and it's main street is called Mostyn Street. I thought it was well kept, the buildings are all in good repair etc which is hard to find on a high street these days. I found a good choice of chain and independent shops as well as a few really good restaurants and coffee places. Will visit here again with the family!

A class mixture of the usual big names and the independant traders which adds to the quirkiness. Victorian verandahs support the arcade facades and even provide cover in the wet.

We were trying to find a restaurant which at night are few and far between in Llandudno. We were appalled by the dingy, dirty depressing state of the pavements and the area in general. The local council must be coining in the rates, the least they can do is make it look appealing to the visitor.

This street has everything you could possibly ask for, it has a lot of the main shops like M&S but then also has a range of tourist shops and little quaint local shops. They are all accessible for wheelchairs and there is the tourist information right in the center of the street.

There is something to suit most people. Plenty of seaside souvenir type shops, loads of cafes and ice cream shops and various bargain type shops as well as M and S etc. There are also lots of new shops at the end of Mostyn street in the new shopping centre eg Debenhams (my favourite)
