we stopped at the restaurant and had a lovely meal ! service was great, friendly without being over the top , i had beef stroganoff my partner had the home made lasgana both came with chips which were cooked nicely and not pale looking thin offerings!! All the desserts were homemade so were read but declined after being rather full from generous portions of main course

This small delightful cafe is run by Italians who have not forgotten that magic word " Service" it is a pleasure to eat, drink and while away the time. Be it just a coffee, snack or a meal and the service is second to none, this is not your average seaside cafe it has that little something extra which makes it nice change from the normal hum drum establishments.

The Kava restaurant is run by Ken who is Turkish and he really knows how to make you comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his staff. From what we could see its a regular place for locals. We even heard the Welsh language spoken there. Its great coffee but do try the full breakfast - fantastic. One little point of criticism was that the bread used was a bit crumbly, own baked bread would be sutch an attraction.

Staying just around the corner, we passed Kava on a daily basis, and decided to pop in for a drink a small bite to eat.
The decor was modern and welcoming and the young girl greeted us with a smile.

My mum had a ham sandwich which she really enjoyed "nice chunky bread & crumbly melt in your mouth ham" was how she described it! My brother and I had scones with jam and cream and the only let down was that the cream was not clotted as I aren't a big fan of fresh cream.

All in all an enjoyable visit :)

Having visited Kava many times I have never been other than delighted with the manner in which the food quality and service is provided. This is a family run business, as many are in Llandudno, and they work so hard to sustain their excellence.
