My boyfriend booked this place a part of a surprise night away. We've previously stayed in llandudno a few times before, but he decided to pick a new place for us to stay. Although its situated right in the heart of the town, it does offer free parking round the back, for guests only. We were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to the living room, whilst we waited for our room key. We were then shown to our room, which is always a nice touch, rather then being told where it is and a few random arm gestures to point you in the direction.
Free wifi was on offer, tea making facilities and a nice spacious room. Our window to the left, looked over the sea views and the pier, which was something we didn't see from our previous hotels.
Breakfast the next morning was great, a lot of variety and hot food to choose from too. The hosting was friendly and the one lady attended to everyone, nice to talk to and attentive.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front, sea views are gorgeous!

Booked just in time to get the last room on the August bank holiday weekend, so we ended up with a "small double" room. Not to worry though - despite it being quite compact, it had everything we could possibly need. So many thoughtful touches - from a choice between memory foam pillows or "normal" ones, to chocolates on the bed - these are the kind of extras I'd expect from a 5 star hotel, not from a very reasonably priced B&B! Wifi, toiletries & hairdryer were all available in the room which was beautifully decorated, there was an honesty bar downstairs (reasonably priced again) in a lovely lounge, and the breakfast was great (and served until 10am)!

Location was also fantastic - we came on the train and so walked everywhere, but it was based close to the pier, the tram and the cable car base station, as well as being near many restaurants.

There was some noise from the pub over the road at night, and the sea gulls of course - unavoidable, but ear plugs are provided, and this was the only minor downside to an otherwise excellent value-for-money B&B. This would be my first choice for accommodation if we're ever back in the area.

What started off as a two night break at Lynton House turned into three as we loved it here and the surrounding area so much! Mark and Sheridan were so helpful in arranging another room for us to stay the extra night and the little touch of chocolates on the bed on my Birthday was lovely! The breakfasts are to die for, I have never seen such a perfect fried egg and the service at breakfast from Sheridan and the other staff was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were superbly decorated, very modern and very clean and both rooms were equally as nice as the other! The little tips dotted around the room/bathroom were very helpful and a nice touch. The surrounding area is breathtakingly amazing and Lynton House is situated in the perfect spot to be able to enjoy all of what Llandudno has to offer from the Promenade to the Great Orme. A truly amazing break for both my Husband and myself we would defiantly recommend the Lynton House as the perfect place to stay in Llandudno and would love to come back again sometime.

Another great stay at the Lynton House..been there a few times now with both friends & family, this was a short break with both..
Great location for all that's going on in Llandudno, the tram stop is just a short walk up the street,or cable car go the other way,the promenade & pier are a stones throw,as are the shops & plenty of places to eat for either a family or couple..
The hotel is family run, clean, well presented, all rooms modern & upto date in décor,tv's ipod doc's,wifi..tea & coffee..lounge or outside garden at the front, especially nice on a warm summer evening, for a relaxing moment..
Will be there again,already booked..

Room Tip: If you want a quiet night ask for a room at the back, seagull noise, only one double roomed family roo...

Just come back from three night stay. Hotel spotlessly clean. Room very tastefully decorated. Sheridan was lovely made us feel very welcome without overly fussing. She ensured every guest was spoken too with a cheery "morning" and was happy to discuss any excursions anyone was planning and in our case happily contacted the tourist information board to enquire about train times. Would recommend to anyone and hope to return in the future.

Room Tip: Our room (11) had a view of the sea through the side of the bay window. It is light and airy.

A very charming B&B, near the centre of Llandudno where we stayed for 3 nights. The room was small but nicely furnished and comfortable and we appreciated the ipod dock as a nice little touch. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Sheridan the host, was very welcoming and always had a cheery 'hello' to offer. The walls are a bit thin and one night we were kept awake by arguing teenagers in a nearby room and awoken by a baby in the next room, but thoughtfully earplugs are provided! Parking is an issue in Llandudno generally and particularly in Church Walks, but we did manage to bag one of the two spaces the B&B has towards the end of our stay.
