Stayed here with my wife and daughter. We all agreed it was a good place to stay, very central to the town centre and main attractions. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were first class Berwyn and Sarah were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend this B&B wholeheartedly and would definitely stay there again. Only downside is that car parking can be tricky during the day

Thank you for your kind words. It was a delight to have you stay and as we say to all our guests, the parking is just a matter of patience and a space appears in the street. We were delighted that you were able to leave your car for the weekend in the street with no parking charges to pay and look forward to seeing you next time.

I stayed here with a friend for 4 days over Easter, April 2014. We were delighted to have discovered this gem of a B&B as it is truly excellent value for money and serves fantastic breakfasts! Sarah, Berin and their sons who run it can't do enough for their guests and always offered great suggestions of places to eat, drink and visit. It's located a minute from the seafront and on the doorstep of all attractions, public transport, cafes, restaurants, etc..
I would certainly recommend it as an excellent place to stay to discover Llandudno and the wider Snowdonia area.

Only at the b and b for one night but all was very good. We were made to feel very welcome. Fab breakfast and good advice for eating out and local attractions, room was comfortable and airy and fresh. We had a great nights sleep after walking up the Great Orme!
Bar drinks are very reasonably priced.
Thank you for making our stay so friendly.

Llandudno's accommodation offer is a mixed bag. However, this is the best affordable guest house I've stayed in for some time. Well located, friendly, attractive, clean, and good facilities. My room was traditional with modern fittings. The wi-fi connectivity was excellent. My bathroom had a great shower, plenty of hot water and clean towels. In the morning, the cooked breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Wow, thank you for your review. Clearly you have stayed in many locations and so to have such positive comments from you fills us with pride.
We do try to ensure that we provide something different for our guests to what you will receive across a lot of other locations. The basics of a clean comfortable room and a good breakfast were what we started our business on 2.5 yrs ago. But since then we have strived to add to our offer at minimal cost to you our guests, so we now offer locally supplied quality products for breakfast, complimentary toiletries, bottles of water, tea and coffee, biscuits, wifi, freeview TV's with dvd players, dvd's for you to watch as well as fluffy towels and flannels and a bar at cheap prices and finally free advice on tourist attractions in and around the North Wales area, tailored to your desires. We will continue to add to our offer, but will never compromise quality and value for money for you our guests.

We look forward to your next visit.

Thank you for your kind comments.
We are very lucky to have such a great theatre in the town that attracts some great productions. We are handily placed for you to get to any part of the town and do anything you want to day or night.
The Wetherspoons is situated in a beautiful old theatre building which is some 200yards from our building. With bar prices as low as ours, why would you want to go to anywhere else for a drink....
Even if you don't go in, it is worth looking at the building.
We are so pleased that you had a nice stay as we enjoyed chatting with you and look forward to your next visit greatly.

best wishes

Just returned from lovely stay at Glasgoed. The stay was so enjoyable mainly due to the great advice given by our hosts. They were full of local knowledge but also were able to recommend fab places to visit further a field. Their advice on teashops for our daily cake o'clock was greatly appreciated. The bedroom was spotless and breakfast couldn't be faulted. Their sons helped with booking in and at breakfast and are a credit to them. We will stay here again as we loved the area and would recommend Glascoed to our friends.

Thanks for your lovely comments for which we are very grateful.
Cake Oclock is a very important time of the day and not to be missed at some of the great Tea rooms we have around the North Wales area. If you know us you'll know that we have sampled quite a few ourselves and pride ourselves on our knowledge of these fine establishments....
We also know about the attractions and some of the secret spots of North Wales having brought two boys to holiday in the area for ten years before moving to this great area to live, so tell us what it is that you want to do when on holiday and we will help you to get the best out of your hard earned holiday with us.
We only ask one thing of our guests and that is pre-arranging your arrival time so we can be sure to be here as it is only the two of us running our establishment and we don't want to be out at a meeting for our boys when you arrive for a rest: :-)) Just give us a mobile number when you book and we will do the rest .

We look forward to seeing you again
