“Excellent and Informative”
Reviewed March 2, 2013

I've been to the Home Front Museum a few times and it is always time well spent. Really informative and well done. We also took my partner's grandparents along and it brought back many, many memories for them. Highly recommended.

“Good museum”
Reviewed December 16, 2012

Small and well-done museum. Comprehensive displays and re-creations, news reel and period advertisements, informative panels. Emphasis on life on the home front and contributions of groups such as the Women’s Land Army. Items from the 1940s, including sweets, toys, household items and also gas masks and bomb remnants; also a mailbox that survived inside a post office in Coventry when it was severely bombed. It’s best to take the time to read the information panels. I spent an hour.
Adult £3.25. Building was cold in winter. Reduced opening hours in winter.

Museum was very informative, with plenty of exhibits and well presented. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend it.
