“Outstanding customer service”
Reviewed March 27, 2013

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who stayed at the St Tudno Hotel last week. From the moment they arrived until they left the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. For that I would like to thank you all. I understand the hotel 'style' may not be everyone's choice however, the staff, the excellent food, the other hotel customers made the three day 1st experience at the St Tudno hotel a fantastic one. My parents room was on the smallish side but was spotlessly clean.

I can however comment on the evening meal as I ate here twice. The food was very tasty and there were some creative ideas. We all enjoyed our meals thoroughly. There was an extensive wine list - with a good price range. The coffee was served in the bar and I loved the homemade petit fours/chocolates. My parents said the breakfast was " superb/the best breakfast they had tasted in a hotel for a very long time".

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Service with a smile and an air of wanting to make your stay an enjoyable one goes a long way these days. This hotel definitely exudes a warm & friendly atmosphere. Hopefully we will visit again soon. I would even travel miles to dine in your restaurant. My parents loved their short Winter break ( even saw snow in Llandudno - I'm sure that doesn't happen very often!).

Have just visited this lovely hotel for the first time and will certainly be returning. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and nothing seems too much trouble. The food was wonderful with an extremely varied choice for breakfast, all served piping hot and with a smile. Our evening meal was just as wonderful, followed by coffee served in the warm and cosy bar watching the world go by. What's not to like. Brilliant!

We returned for a weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Three years on from our wedding at St Tudno we found the same core staff there to greet us and look after us as we have come to expect.
Thanks to Graham, Hayley and Chris together with John and other members of the team who blend in to continue the St Tudno tradition.
Reading the reviews we can see why one lady has been visiting for 27 years!
Martin Bland has a great team running this Gem on the Marine Parade!
See you all soon!

This is my 27th year staying at this wonderful hotel and it is still my favourite place to stay.
Have just returned from another great weekend - what people find not to like here totally amazes me.
The staff are friendly, smart, professional and willing to go that extra mile.
The rooms are lovely and relaxing- I have stayed in a variety of them over the years and have always been happy. Some of the rooms are small but this does not detract from their appeal.
The food is of an exceptional standard.
Thank you Martin Bland and staff for another superb weekend. Will return soon.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Having two small children trying to find the right hotel is hard, but this hotel is a real gem. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was great with a separate side room for the boys which meant we didn't have to sneak to bed or whisper constantly! The spa bath was a lovely extra. The hotel offered a baby listening service which gave us a rare treat to eat a wonderful meal in peace and still have peace of mind. The meal was excellent and service was great. The wine choice was outstanding. Also we all enjoyed swimming in the pool. Overall this was a fantastic stay and can't wait to do it again.

Room Tip: Family room with two separate rooms is great for anyone with children.

For the second year, a group of three couples had a very enjoyable weekend in the St Tudno in Llandudno.

This is a delightful hotel, in a very favourable sea-front position, with views over the bay which is one on the best views in Europe.

The food and the friendly service were first class.
