this is a must visit when we visit llandudno, cheap and wholesome food, no rip off prices on drinks.
I ordered a 10oz aberdeen angus steak for £12, cant remember last time i had a steak that good, lean & tender. only downside is it gets very busy and staff struggle a bit due to the size of the place.
see you next year..

I have now visited this pub several times now and have enjoyed everytime. The building itself has been well preserved and converted into a well maintained pub. This has on both occassions been well presented and well staffed. Of course you can't argue with the wetherspoons prices. At least you know what your getting, the venue itself adds that little more fun to it.

What a find! This former theatre has been turned into a weatherspoon venue but has kept most of the original features giving it a unique vibe. Although this is a chain venue and the menus are standardised, the food we had was delicious, reasonably priced and served quickly. The staff were also very polite and welcoming...we loved it!

Good for a quick meal out or for a few drinks. Cheap food cheap drinks, plenty of spaces but does get busy especially of a weekend.

We went into Wetherspoons (The Palladium) for a hot chocolate on a freezing cold Mothers day (10th March). There were a few people waiting for drinks so i ordered and joined the queue. There was a female member of staff dressed in red who was making the drinks. She seemed stressed out because she was on her own and was very busy. She seemed to be getting a bit worked up about it and was offered help by a male staff member but she said that she would struggle on . She then started going on about the b----y drinks and started slamming things around. By the time it was my turn she slammed the saucers onto the tray, then the spoons and then the hot chocolate then she said 'you didn't want cream did you ? i said i did so she grabbed the cups back and went and put cream on and then slammed the cups back on the tray. Whilst i was drinking my hot chocolate i over heard a lady by me saying that the same member of staff was swearing . It's not really what you want to hear and not very good customer service.
