Booked at the last minute with Laterooms and we were so happy we chose this b & b. After a day's walking up and around the Great Orme, we were really pleased to find that this little gem was just a block away from the Orme itself and a couple of minutes from the promenade and pier. I can't fault anything - the victorian villa has been beautifully decorated throughout. Our room was first floor at the front and had a lovely view of the Orme. On road parking was very easy. The room itself was very stylish and had everything you need. Larger than we are used to as well. The high standards are also carried through to the dining/breakfast room. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Carole is an excellent host and her little boys are delightful. We wanted to spend another day walking and Carole advised us to take the coastal walk from Llandudno to Conwy - we did, and it was fantastic. All in all, a wonderful stay and we will return. Great value and highly recommended.

Room Tip: Worth having the view of the Great Orme in room 3.

Main disappointment was the trek back and forth to the bathroom.

The area infront of the bathroom door did not have any lighting and was separated from the hallway by a heavy fire door. It was a struggle to hold open the firedoor so you could have some light from the dimly lit the hallway to try and see to open the lock on the private bathroom door.

It was a shame that this spoilt what otherwise was a lovely guest house with nice staff, clean and comfy room and wonderful breakfast.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much.Carole the owner and host works very hard to maintain the very high standards she has set and deserves to prosper.
Best of luck for the future Carole.
