Visited for a well deserved and thoroughly relaxing 6 day break. Lovely victorian house with excellent hosts and great breakfasts. Loved relaxing in front of the roaring coal fire after an evening out in Llandudno. Will be back in July.

Just completed a wonderful week on the welsh coast.
Debbie and Steve were great hosts, booking restaurants and making sure our visit was stress free.
Clean, comfortable room and delicious breakfast.
Location is good for exploring the town

Pleasant, peaceful location just minutes from the town center and the seashore. Attractive, clean, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. Debbie and Steve are wonderful hosts – they are very welcoming and are highly organized and efficient. We enjoyed our 3-day stay very much indeed.

Just returned from a short break staying at the Bryn Derwen. Great place to stay - central & a short walk from all the main attractions. Lovely Victorian building with many original features & a great open fire on an evening. Room was spacious & a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a treat with a varied menu, but I just could not get past the Full Welsh breakfast - certainly set me up for the day. Lastly the hosts - Steve & Debbie could not have done enough for us, pointing out places of interest, recommending and booking restaurants. A MARVALOUS PLACE TO STAY!

Our hostess collected us at the train station upon arrival, which was the only time this happened in our travel from B and B to B and B across the UK! Very nice and professional touch.
Our room was beautiful and quiet.
We could walk everywhere from our location around the city of Llandudno. We followed suggestions made by our hosts to find excellent food. We visited the Grand Orme and walked by the sea, all within walking distance of Bryn Derwen.
The breakfast was very good and we were quite comfortable.
