“Bracing”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

At this time of year the pier is very exposed and the wind very cold but what a lovely pier, having just watched Guy Martin on tv repairing some o the old metal work under the pier it is good to see that things are being upkept for future generations

“Great Views,”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

This is a beautiful place, and the people are warm and kind for the most part. It is amazing hearing them switch seamlessly between Welsh and English, it is the sound of History. Come with your gonna have fun pants on..

“Great for a stroll on a nice day”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

Llandudno pier is one of them piers which has not been over commercialised and you can take a stroll down without the gimmicks.

The view is beautiful and there is a cafe at the end and a few games places on the actual pier.

It's takes a good 30 minutes to walk up and down it if you truly want to take in the view.

“Off-season, but still good.”
Reviewed November 19, 2012

I could see that the season was winding down as I walked along the pier; a few booths were shuttered, and there weren't as many kids riding the wee cars as I'm sure there would have been just a few weeks earlier. Still, the pier provides a spectacular view of both the Great Orme and the stunning north shore waterfront. And there was even a TARDIS for some reason, tucked behind the Victorian Phtographs booth.

“Loose yourself as you stroll”
Reviewed November 17, 2012

Whilst in Llandudno, make sure you allow time for a stroll along this wonderful pier. Allow at least 30 minutes for a slow walk to the end and back. Taking in the views along the way and stopping for a browse here and there at the stalls along the way. Nice cafe at the very end of the pier, with a separate bar opposite. Go early morning when its quiet and then hop on the Great Orme Tour Bus, or choose a stroll at the end of the day to take in the sunset.
