The location was excellent. We were a group of two couples and we had adjacent rooms and tables together at breakfast - very thoughtful. Not all rooms are sea view, but cannot fault the rooms, cleanliness and staff. The cooked breakfast was amazing and the staff cannot do enough to help you.

Room Tip: Request a sea view. We stayed in rooms 8 and 9 on the Cumberland side of the hotel. They are rear...

The location was very good. Close to pier, tram, cable cars and town centre. Free wi-fi was a bonus and the breakfast was good. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in the area and Llandudno is a nice quiet resort. The car park was a joke and street parking a nightmare. The bedroom was small and cramped. The shower room was clean but the water temperature was basically cold! (as was the hotel) It is not a 4* hotel; just about a 3* B & B. And beware of that that bell !!!!!!

I have stayed in this hotel twice over the past couple of years, and loved it both times. Location is great-just over the road from the beach and a few minutes walk from the shops. Its a real homely traditional bed and breakfast. The breakfast is especially good-one of the nicest I've had in a b&b to be honest. The couple who run the hotel are warm and friendly. I will definitely go back again.

We were at Llandudno and stayed at this hotel, it's nicely placed so going around the town is no problem, The seashore is only about 3 minutes walk to your left and just across the street to your right is the main shopping area. The place is managed by a friendly couple named Tess and Ian.The room was cozy and with a breathtaking view, surprisingly quiet at night so we had no trouble sleeping..The food was excellent too, we ordered a special food not on the menu and to our surprised the chef obliged!!! Based on our experience I am recommending this hotel to the weary travelers out there..

Stayed for one night, couldn't book online so rang direct. Arranged with owner/manager for a specific room which we were told was ok and repeated during this phone conversation we did not want a four poster bed ( hate them ) so we assumed no confusion. We arrived parked the car at rear of hotel and checked in, shown our room and to our surprise .....a four poster bed !!!!
Obviously not the room we booked, the room we booked had a nicer bed, nicer views . The owner apologised for her mistake and said what we had was a nicer room ? (not)
We accepted she had made a mistake until she pointed out her sister-in-law was in the room we booked.
Not happy !!!
They knocked £36 off bill so we stayed.
Apart from that ok and nice breakfast.

My wife wanted to stay in a real seaside holiday hotel and she loved this place so if it makes her happy it makes me happy. The lady who manages the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and she even managed to get me a parking space at the back of the hotel. The hotel is right on the sea front and within walking distance to the pier and the town. Breakfast was most enjoyable and served by charming staff.

Room Tip: Book a sea view room. Arrive early if you want a parking space at the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a short break. I did ring up to check that they had a first floor room as I cannot manage stairs very well. We were given a luxury room with a sea view. The hotel is very convenient for shops and the sea front. We were shown a spot to park the car and managed to get back in there after a day out. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Room Tip: Our room on the front with a sea view was very comfortable and quiet at night. I would advise to ch...
