we enjoyed the first night here so much we returned the second night our party of four loved all we had chosen excellent well kept beer the service excellent too great value for money

a lady sitting near our party thought her meal was on the cool side it was very quickly put right with the chef coming out with a very large glass of wine on the house with his compliments so it shows

when things do go wrong which they will do in any restaurant they care

Great beers, excellent service and mouth-watering food but a word of advice...book a table if eating at the weekend.

Saw this pub by chance when parking the car in a back street at the back of Whetherspoons.
It looked lovely and thought we'd try it on our return at the end of the day. Really glad we did as we enjoyed a lovely drink in the rear beer garden on a lovely summers day. Saw other people having meals that looked very nice so we thought we'd give it a try. Really glad we did as I think that we had the best home made steak burger, certainly that I've ever tasted.
The inside of the pub looked really nice too, although would be very crowded on days when the weathers not so good. Would highly recommend this place as it ticked all of our boxes: Top quality food, good range of ales, lagers and cider on offer and despite what other reviewers were suggesting about the staff, we found them to be very attentative and efficient. Will definitely use again on a return visit to this beautiful little town.

We had a lovely stay in Llandudno this weekend. The Cottage Loaf is a true gem, hidden away off one of the town's main streets and in the shadow of Weatherspoons.

It offers a great selection of beers, ciders and spirits and a fantastic menu which I am told is updated on a fairly regular basis.

Great food and good service. The decor was of old English (Welsh) and gave that cottage feel, and warm atmosphere. The service was good and not overpowering, but again with that "Mine Host" feeling. Parking was adequate as there was a car park facility opposite, but it was an easy walk from our B&B just outside of the main town centre.
