This lovely small and very friendly B&B is in a beautiful Edwardian house within easy walking distance of all shops, restaurants, beaches and attractions in lovely Llandudno. Elaine, the host, has put thought into small details that make staying in an unfamiliar place more pleasant.

The room was comfortable, spacious, cosy, spotless and cheerfully decorated.

Will return again if any vacancies.

Ps. The home cooked breakfast was great!

Room Tip: Only 2 rooms.

My family and I stayed at the Lymehurst for the Easter Weekend. We could not have asked for better.Elaine went out of her way to cater for our requirements.Having two children under two it can prove difficult to find accommodation that caters for us. Elaine was very helpful. The house is stunning...full of character and charm.Home from home.Very cosy...Loved every minute.Didnt want to come home..Thanks so much for everything. We will be back.Highly recommended. Love The Sampsons :) x

Room Tip: We stayed on the top floor. It is ideal as it has a lounge area for relaxing in the evenings...

When bad weather was forecast recently, I contacted Lymehurst the day before we were due to arrive to check if there was a vacancy that same evening in order to beat the snow. When this was confirmed, arrangements were duly made and we left home a few hours later.Elaine immediately went out of her way to stock up on the extra food required (including smoked salmon) --and adjusted the timing on the heating of our room accordingly!
We had our usual very good experience at Lymehurst and, with the bad weather unrelenting when it was time for the journey home, every assistance was given by Elaine to ascertain if we may encounter traffic problems. Incidentally, friends were to join us on the trip to Llandudno and experienced the same corresponding high service throughout. The request to phone Lymehurst when we returned home safely is not what one would expect from a holiday establishment, but it is a sign of a caring owner.

I'm glad that after all the effort to get here for your night at the theatre your trip was worthwhile and that you enjoyed your stay at Lymehurst. The weather conditions were rather testing!! but it was good to see that you'd come well prepared for any eventuality. You certainly would have had plenty of fresh air during your stay!
I have to say that having served the scambled egg with smoked salmon for your breakfast I just had to make myself some for lunch..so thank you for requesting it, it was a treat for me too. Always nice to have returning guests. Elaine

This review comes a little late, as I stayed at Lymehurst in November 2012,however better late than never!!!!!! Wow, I was surprised and delighted by this lovely B & B tucked away in
St Andrews Place in lovely Llandudno.

Absolutely clean and spotless, we stayed in a lovely two bed room, one kingsize bed and one single, furnished with a sea-side theme which was very relaxing and comfortable.  Lovely
en-suite bathroom, with over bath shower,  two comfortable armchairs and coffee table with kettle, cups and saucers provided with biscuits!!,The proprietor was very pleasant and made us feel most welcome, we had a variety of options for breakfast, freshly cooked, continental, or tea and toast. Everything was to our satisfaction.

I would certainly stay at this charming B & B again, as it was very reasonably priced but of a very high standard of comfort and cleanliness.

We found this place online and arrived unannounced, Elaine was busy painting when we arrived. She was only too obliging to down tools and show us two bedroom options and we decided to stay in the top floor. The position of her B&B is very central to the beach and town centre with all attractions. The breakfast in the morning was great and Elaine was only too happy to offer what we wanted, we would diffently recommend this B&B to anybody coming to stay at Llandudno.

Thank you for writing the review so promptly and so pleased that you were happy with your stay and not put off by me appearing in my scruffiest work clothes when you came to the door. Just a pity the weather was not at it's best. Enjoy the rest of your stay and I hope that Karyn is feeling better.

I recently stayed with Elaine at Lymehurst b&b whilst working at the Llandudno Theatre Cymru.
Elaine is the perfect host , friendly, chatty and most of all welcoming. My room was spotless, warm and the breakfast was amazing - particulary the eggs!!!!!
A must for touring theatre companies as a 6 min walk to the theatre and 3 min walk to town.
Should I return to Llandudno I will definitely be calling Elaine for a room .
