Our 2nd visit to this excellent B & B and it didn't disappoint. Special mention for the packed lunches. Position is just perfect, away from the crowds but only a short walk for either shore.
We will definitely return again.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Lymehurst in Llandudno.
This gem B&B is located in a quiet cul de sac, almost equidistant from both shores (North and West) and away from the busier roads of the town -ideal for our taste- but still within 10 minutes walk from either of the beaches.
We stayed in rooms 1 and 2, which are conveniently linked by a shared bathroom in the middle.
The rooms were nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.
Breakfast is served in the rear room next to the kitchen and with views onto the lovely garden facing the morning sun through a large bay window. There is good variety on offer and produce is of very good quality,
Elaine runs this small B&B with utmost care and attention to detail.
As soon as you step in, you immediately feel welcomed.
This is a place where you can really feel at home and we are grateful to Elaine for having looked after us so kindly.

Having stayed in Llandudno before; I came across this hidden diamond by pure chance! This BnB was chosen as a birthday treat for my partners birthday from the moment we arrived we felt just at home. I would recommend the loft room; it is very romantic for couples! Elaine is the perfect hostess; anything you need she will help you not only that but she cooks a wicked breakfast!! We didn't want to leave Lymehurst it was so comfortable and a perfect base for all the amazing activities Wales has to offer! We visited in June ( sorry I'm a little late with my review!!)

This was an ideal spot to stay. Within easy walking distance of town with plenty of good eating places nearby, but quieter then the beach front. The accommodation itself was excellent - we had the loft conversion which was very spacious, clean and very comfortable (especially the bed). Breakfast was filling and beautifully cooked and presented; Elaine was a considerate and helpful host. Would definitely stay again!

Room Tip: Loft is extremely spacious especially if staying more than one night and you like to spread out

Elaine was a perfect land lady, with a lovely balance of friendliness and looking after our needs. Location is very good for places to eat and drink and see the area on foot or by bus. A good breakfast set us up for the day. Having looked around llandudno after we had parked and booked in' we didn't see anywhere that we thought we would rather be. We didn't even get the attic room, but the room was still very good. Would highly recommend it and definetly stay there again.

Room Tip: Make use of the local bus service

The room was even better than we expected, nice and bright and modern. The beds were really comfy and the location was quiet. Breakfast was great. Elaine went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with the room and happy with the breakfast options.

She offered some great suggestions on things to do in the local area. Then when we mentioned we were going onto Liverpool she mentioned that there was a ferry across the Mersey running from the Wirral to Liverpool. We wouldn't have known otherwise and it made a great add-on to our trip.

I will definitely be staying at Lymehurst again the next time I am in Llandudno.
