Stayed here on our wedding night.
Owner couldnt have been nicer.
Room lovely, very clean. I usually have an issue with hotel bathrooms-I never feel theyve been cleaned well enough but it really was spotless. Could have eaten your tea off the floor.
Tv worked, tea/coffee making things, nice toiletries, good hot radiators which really helps when theres almost a blizzard outside, room was very warm, breakfast good.

Slightly off the beat and track in craig y don but its exactly what we wanted. Nice and peaceful for a relaxing evening after a manic day.

Had a terrible 3G signal on my phone but I saw they did have wifi there.

Thanks guys

We have just spent two days at this Hotel. What a find! Away from the town centre of Llandudno, but on a very good bus route which stops outside the Hotel. Exceptionally clean. Very homely. The couple who own it Trisha and Steve were lovely friendly people. Excellent breakfast. We felt very comfortable here.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We stayed here recently in one of the rooms on the top floor of the b&b. The room was very nicely done, reasonably sized and very clean. The location for us was very good, right next to the prom and probably a ten minute walk into the town. The owners were lovely, the guest lounge is very nice and the honesty bar a nice little extra. All round, very good and we'll stay here again.

We stayed here as a couple for a long weekend in September. Our room was on the 1st floor, and you could not hear any noise whatsoever from any of the other rooms, day or night.

In the room - tea & coffee, biscuits, top ups available for you to just pick up on the landing.

Breakfast - so much choice, Trish offers top up tea/toast as you want, and utterly delightful as a host.

Position - far end of Llandudno, and enjoyable walking along the clean promenade, and loads of free parking outside hotel.

I stayed here with my elderly father, two sisters and brother-in-law for a long weekend Friday 27th September to Monday 30th September 2013. We visited Llandudno to scatter my late mum’s ashes over the Great Orme (a place she loved to visit when she was alive). We chose this hotel because of the Trip Advisor rating, its location and value for money.

Location/Parking
It’s located on the edge of Town which is helpful because there was no difficulty in parking which is an issue if you stay in accommodation near the centre. We tended to take the car and park closer to the centre during the day.

Bedrooms
There appears to be 7 double bedrooms and I stayed in a small double (no.5) which was extremely functional with ensuite, wardrobe, TV, tea and coffee, study table, bedside cabinets, spare blankets, towels and soaps. It was centrally heated and I was neither hot nor cold. There was no noise from outside or other occupants. There is free WIFI although the connection sometimes was lost on my Samsung S3 (possibly due to the distance of the room from the router). It was not an issue for me as I was on holiday and could check my emails in the lounge on the ground floor.

Food
The Hotel/Guest house only provides breakfast which was first class including toast, full English, fruits, cereals and various drinks. As a small hotel the service was very personal and each hot breakfast meal was perfect on every occasion. I believe you could ask for alternative breakfast if desired. The landlady was very responsive to any requests for more toast or tea/coffee etc..

The breakfast room was very pleasant with table and chairs and layout very comfortable which added to the experience.

Drinks
In the evening prior to going out we would have a drink from the honesty bar the prices of which were reasonable and much less than you would pay at a bar or restaurant i.e. a small wine was £2.95 and a full bottle £8. We occasionally had night drink after returning from our evening meal in the lounge but were mindful of the need to keep our voices down after 11pm to ensure that we did not disturb other guests.

Landlord/Landlady
The Landlord and Landlady live on site which is reassuring knowing that if you have any issues they are not far away. Both were helpful in every possible way and we even had our cases taken up to our rooms. They made you feel relaxed and entered into conversation to make your stay very enjoyable. They seem to pride themselves on providing an excellent service in every way possible which they did for my family.

Conclusion
I have stayed at numerous hotels and Guest houses in Llandudno over the many years and although this place was the first time for us we all said we would stay at this place when we visit again. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Room Tip: There are two flights of stairs so if your elderly or impaired ask for a room on the first floor.

We stopped here for the first time at the end of March and we're here again now, it's a lovely B&B the hosts Trish and Steve make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The rooms are clean and well presented, (I've had no problem with wifi and we're on the top floor). On both times it's been our birthday and we've had a card and some chocolates it really does make you feel home from home. Overall a great place to base for exploring around north wales it's a lovely town with a lovely B&B in it! We will be coming for the 3rd time!
