We have stayed in many establishments in recent years, since our retirement, and consider ourselves to be fairly selective. We often read reviews before we book accomodation, to try to find the best, but in spite of that have found ourselves sometimes disappointed in the past with so called top rated places. Not so with the Elpiniki. This was our first stay there, and after being welcomed by (male) Chris and taken to our room (room 2), we realized we had found a winner. The whole house was clean, fresh, and very tastefully decorated. Our room was immaculate, and contained a very large comfortable crisp clean bed, with an en-suite to match. We soon met (lady) Chris too, and both of our hosts made us feel very welcome and completely at home.

We don't normally eat full cooked breakfasts every day, but couldn't resist them there - although there was a good selection of other food on offer. We also sampled the evening meals (Cooked for us on one occasion even though there were only the two of us dining in.) Evening meal was equally good and deserving of their gold food award. All in all, you don't get better value for money or better hosts.

Absolutely superb. Made most welcome from the moment we arrived for a week's break. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris & Chris. The guest house is immaculate. the rooms have all the facilities of the large hotels but with a much more friendly ambience. The room was magnificent-- comfortable, spacious, warm (full CH), don't think I've slept so well for a lomg while. Food? Brilliant, tasty, well cooked and presented. Our hosts, Chris and Chris were most helpful too about the attractions of Llandudno and what to do and where to go. Their advice about restaurants in the locality was spot on too.

Are we going back? Most certainly and soon

A great place to spend a holiday

We have stayed at the Elpiniki twice and we cannot fault anything at all, and would highly recommend it. Chris and Chris are excellent hosts and we were made to feel so welcome like home from home. The rooms were great and spotlessly clean. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. We hope to have many more stays with you. Without doubt 5 Stars.

I can honestly say I have never never stayed at a guest house before, as I was unable to find a hotel in Llandudno that ticked all the boxes I selected this Guesthouse based on previews in Tripadvisor, not knowing what to expect all I arrived with some doubts, these doubts were instantly removed when I met the owners (Chris and Chris) and then accompanied to my room, the room was spotless and comparable to any 4 star hotel, with all the personal touches it was like home from home.
During the stay I was made most welcome, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, helpful information was always given on local interests, where to go and how to get there, I never had the opportunity to try an evening meal, but the breakfast's were excellent, all in all a a superb weekend and when the time came to check-out I felt I had known Chris and Chris for years, they were that nice and friendly !!
Will I reccomend this guesthouse: (yes)
Will I return: (yes without doubt)

Room Tip: I stayed in room 3 which is at rear of property on 2nd floor, I could not fault it, had a peep in No...

We have just returned from a 2 night weekend break at the Elpiniki and cannot fault anything we would highly recommend this outstanding home from home gem of a guest house, it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than any 5 star hotel and Chris and Chris are amazing hosts who make you feel at home the minute you arrive. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying here again hopefully for longer than 2 nights.

My wife and i have just returned from a two night stay at the Elpiniki Guest House.
We chose it on the back of the reviews that we read on trip advisor.
There is no point reiterating how good the place is,or how immaculately presented everything is,how good Chris and Chris are as hosts or how good the food is because if you have read these reviews you all ready know.
It really is as good as it gets
Thank you Chris and Chris see you soon.
