Well me (40) mum (63) my sister (43) book a week away with a travel company this place i must say is for the over 70+ which is ideal if you like bingo and old style singing entertainment. but we went out every night to the theatre, walking, beach, pier, shops, traveling etc.... Eastbourne is a very flat place which is ideal for wheel chairs which my sister is disabled and also good for the older generation for walking. The hotel room (4) which was just passed the reception was spotless but for the toilet brush holder which looked as tho is hadnt been cleaned for about a year makes me shudder just thinking about it... and the only other thing is instead of a bed protector sheet they had put a woollen blanket then a sheet then when you get into bed there was another sheet followed by another woollen blanket then a bed cover which i can tell u all of us slept with no cover at all as the room was tooooooo blinking hot even some of the older people were complaining of the tempreture i know they carnt do anything about the hot weather but they should be able to supply a fan if needed. Also i must say i couldnt fault the food 3 courses every time and all were friendly staff so in all a lovely place just take a fan,
disabled friendly just let them know,
if u like bingo and songs from 8pm till about 10 or 11pm but if you go to bed you wont here it.
there is a bar,
hotel is near band stand less than 2 mins away ,
shops in walking distance but NONE on sea front except a few on pier.
There is a lift.
