A lovely, laid back b&b. Comfortable and clean, nice breakfast. We stayed in the Alice room which catered for all our needs, well decorated and nice furniture. We were greeted by Keith and as other reviewers say, he is a nice guy. Five star b&b.

I stayed in the Louise room (single) for 2 days in March 2013. After considering some other single rooms at various b&bs that were less than 10 sq meters, I decided to stay here as the owner offered me a competitive rate. The room was beautiful, charming, and spotless. Very good amenities, fast wifi, comfortable bed, quiet, and Keith was very accomodating and friendly and made me feel very welcome. I needed to be somewhere very early on one of the mornings of my stay, and Keith ensured that he would have breakfast ready for me early, which was greatly appreciated. Parking may be an issue in busier months, but I was lucky to get street parking directly outside. The only concern a visitor may have in the Louise room is that there is no stand-up shower, only a bath, but this was not an issue for me. Overall, I highly recommend this b&b for comfort, decor, amenities, value, and friendliness.

Room Tip: If you want a single room with a lovely large bathroom and all of the amenities, the Louise room was...

What a lovely little find have stayed in Eastbourne many times and cannot belive i never found this place. We stayed one nite over the easter period and was not dissapointed on arrival we knew we wouldnt be dissapointed the place was immaculate spotlesly clean, we were greeted by Keith and what a lovely fella, showed to our room and wow was we impresed it was lovely and the cleaniness was next to none we were so impressed with all the attention to detail. Every little detail had been thought off hospitality tray with such a large selection of refreshments, lovely bone china cups and teapot, cut glass wine glasses and two bottles of mineral water. Bathroom double shower white fluffy robes and monochrome towel and flannels and a full selection of toiletories. Bedroom had a beautiful canopied bed and a large tv a room certainly fit for a queen. Breakfast was served in a beautiful surroundings with everything you could wish for freshly brewed coffee selection of fresh fruit and yogurts and a wide selection of preserves, we went for the full english option and was not dissapointed it was served beautifully. Ignore all those big impersonnel hotels on the front the victoria and albert ticks all the boxs and more this will be for us every time thankyou so much for your hospitality Keith we will be back x Leornardo room.

Room Tip: Leonardo room top of the house on the front.

A really nice B&B, very nicely decorated through out and the rooms well presented. Really nice to have easy chairs in the room (Alice) as a lot of places just give you a bed. Great service from Keith, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and very helpful with local knowledge. He makes a great cooked breakfast as well!

It's a great location as well, one Side is yards to the beach and not too far to the pier. On the other, loads of local shops and restaurant/take out places. A 15 minute walk to town with all the normal shops, etc.

All in all a great place to stay for a few nights!

Room Tip: Alice was the room we stayed in. Super King bed, front facing, but very little noise. Can even catc...

We were warmly welcomed by Keith, one of the owners, who showed us to our rooms and helped us up the stairs with our cases. I stayed in the Leopold room with my 2 young children. It was roomy and comfortable, complete with a large television, double shower, tea and coffee making facilities and towelling robes. My parents stayed in an equally comfortable room on the floor below us. This Bed and Breakfast was incredibly clean and well looked after, with attention to detail, from the sweets and visitors book in the entrance hall to the Bonne Maman individual jam pots and organic yogurts at breakfast. I highly recommend a stay here, we'll definitely be returning in the near future!

Attention to small details were a very notable feature of this charming B & B. Extremely comfortable, quiet location, very pleasant decor and charming host at exceptional value. A home that is obviously well loved and cared for with great pride. Highly recommended.
